We Are Attaching notes from your orthodontic  chart as proof of so many times you failed to appt. and failed to follow instructions to proceed to extractions on baby tooth to proceed and continue with treatment properly, even when we took the time to schedule appointments with Oral surgeon and look for options, which are on our chart notes.

And on top of this, we reserve the right to see you at our office again due to the way you treat and threat  [redacted] on Jan 15th 2014 at 12:00  at our office in front of all of our patients, because  (which we will use as our witness in case is necessary), after Dr. [redacted] explained to you, you need to restart the Treatment after you failed to your appointments for more than 29 months.

By this point we reserve the right to see you and have any type of conversation via email, writing or by phone with you, please first review Dr. [redacted]'s [redacted]

My name is [redacted] and I have been leaving many messages with your office with no return phone call to resolve the ongoing issue with your wife [redacted]. As we discussed with her I am waiting on details of Half of the treatment refund per our conversation on April 1, 2014. If I do not hear back I will be forced to seek legal counsel and they will be contacting you.
As I mentioned to [redacted], I feel that she is trying to make this more difficult than it needs to be. Just because a customer voices the fact that they feel they have been taken advantage of does not give her the right to refuse service. There was no profanity, vulgar words or actions other than a raised voice. This is called freedom of speech. Our great country is foun**d on such principles. You can not "call the cops" as she mentioned in our last phone conversation if I spoke to her that way again. It is unethical, unpatriotic and most of all illegal. I WILL however exercise my right to protest in front of your office if my requests to handle this whole situation are continuously ignored. It's a shame that it has come to this but it seems your office is not taking me seriously. I am very serious and I will use the full extent of not only the law but also my liberties as well to make this clear.
You may contact me either by phone at 951-551-1568 or email at[redacted]@yahoo.com or **b[redacted]@gmail.com. I will be awaiting your reply.
Regards,
[redacted]

Review: I paid in full for orthodontic services with this company. Through out the time I have been going for treatment I have been finding the finance manager ([redacted] who is also the wife of the owner) has been lying about what services were included in the price as well as misrepresenting the treatment I paid for that is on my receipt. She assured me that everything would be included in the treatment. I also requested invisalign for the last portion of the treatment. When it came time for a tooth extraction they referred my elsewhere and wanted to charge an addition $1200 to the over $5k that I had paid. I didn't have additional funds and had to wait for the tooth to fall out on its own. Meanwhile, I left multiple messages with my concern and never received a call back. Finally I go back in for my continued treatment and now they want to charge for for a whole new set of clear braces. I have been saving the brackets because I was told they can put them back on. The Doctor informed my that is was incorrect. I then asked about the invisalign and the doctor said oh no, you didn't pay for that! At this point I was fed up and told [redacted] that she had mislead me and I don't appreciate the way she is handling business (without and profanity or vulgarity just a raised voice.) I continued to express my unhappiness with the situation. She pulled up a copy of my receipt and low and behold it says clear as day INVISALIGN. She told me that it pretty much the same thing as invisalign but not actually the invisalign product. Finally she told me she would take care of ordering the braces for free and she would order them that week. I just want to finish my treatment at this point so I agree and I basically dropped the invisalign subject even though that was the deciding factor of WHY I went with their office as opposed to the other 5 offices I got quotes from! I make an appointment to come back in one month (because the doctor is only in once per month) for a cleaning as recommended and the new set of braces . [redacted] calls me less than one week before my appointment and said she mailed a letter stating they can't see me until I see a periodontist because I have swollen gums. I was annoyed and asked why she waited 3 weeks to tell me about this? It was a couple days before the weekend and was going to be hard for me to make an appointment. I tried to get an appointment but was unsuccessful in getting one before my scheduled appointment with [redacted] dental. A few weeks later I receive a letter from [redacted] dental stating that if they do not hear from me or get a clearance from a periodontist by April 17th (today) or they will refuse service. Periodontist also only work one day out of the month apparently so I already had an upcoming appointment for a couple days after I got that letter. I went to see the periodontist and she said swelling is normal and I probably just need a normal cleaning. Meanwhile this office was trying to get **ntal information from [redacted] dental and they would not call them back either. I asked her to fax that letter to my orthodontist and they agreed. I called [redacted]ntal and left a message that day letting them know I had the letter faxed and I wanted to make an appt for ortho day which was that upcoming Wednesday. Did not get a call back. I called the following Monday and I was told [redacted] would get back to me. I called again Tuesday and finally get through. [redacted] tells me they just barely got the fax and she had to request in multiple times from the periodontist (which I doubt). She then says did you get the cleaning? I said No because I was planning on getting the cleaning done with you (that was the original appt I ma** for a cleaning and the new set of braces). She said we still have to order the braces and we are refusing new service to you. I said excuse me? First of all you told me you were ordering them 2 months ago and why would you fail to inform me that you are refusing new service to me and for what reason? She then got upset in her tone of voice and started to get loud with me that I had no right to speak to her the way I did when I came into the office. That if I spoke to her that way again she would call the cops on me. I was dumbfounded and said Call the cops for WHAT? It's called freedom of speech! Just because you don't agree or like what someone says doesn't give you the right to refuse service! She continued to yell that I was disrespectful and I interrupted her and said so this is why you are making me jump through impossible hoops because you got offended? Thats not how you do business! She then said I will just give you a refund for half of the service and you can go somewhere else. I told her that would be GREAT! I don't want to **al with this office anymore! She took my email and said she would send me an email and also a registered letter. This was on April 1st 2014. I have not received anything and have left several messages with no reply. I emailed the office today requesting followup or I will take legal action. They decided to refuse treatment.. I would have settled for just finishing my treatment!! I'm pretty confident that she will continue to ignore my calls. I also looked on Yelp and I am not the only one who she has lied to about pricing and services.Desired Settlement: I would rather get a refund for half of the services (but the full amount of the so called 'invisalign' I paid for and have not received. I think they should be prosecuted for misrepresenting products! You can't just appease someone by calling a different product invisalign when it clearly isn't! I also requested them to give me a copy of the paperwork and receipt I signed. Have not received that either. I am not sure of the exact amount I want refunded until I see the paperwork.
