I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below To Date M [redacted] has been unable to provide any receipts for any of his work He was not days within completion in fact only two days of work had been completed in almost months of a contract and the work that was completed was done incorrectly and had to be redone This was documented by other contractors and the town of ColonieThe subcontractor he illegally hired informed us that M [redacted] had spent our money elsewhere and was not paying him The list of illegal activities by M [redacted] is long There is no need to debate this - we have already won the judgement in court and M [redacted] owes us the money as noted in the attached judgment That is the only legal resolution to this complaint at this point Regards, [redacted] ***

Hello ***, In response to our telephone conversation last week and the letter we received from your office regarding complaint # ***, I submit the following attachments and informal response: M*** Design & Construction was hired by *** *** *** and *** ***
(not Dr*** ***) to perform design (see attached), and then kitchen hood installation work on a recently purchased commercial property. Due to the very limited budget of Mr***, the new design work was to be kept to a minimal and be based on original drawings that Christopher had received at the time of property purchase (see attached). The new design work was successfully completed by MD&C using those drawings, approved by Mr***, and a building permit was then issued for the entire project. Upon the urging of Mr*** and his mother, Dr*** ***, a second contract was entered into for the kitchen hood installation (see attached) because they "could not find a hood contractor", so MD&C purchased, installed in accordance with the approved drawings, and was within (3) working days of completion of the hood work when we were abruptly fired and replaced without notice by a "friend" of the ***s to complete the work. Coincidentally, the "friend" that replaced my company happens to be my direct competition as well as a known felon (see attached) who despises me. The balance of the work on the project had previoulsy been awarded to Mrs***'s husband, Mr*** ***, who claimed to be a skilled contractor, but in fact, he failed to successfully complete his portion of work. Please note that at the time of our firing, we were within our right to request a final payment per the contract agreement (see attached), and were denied any balance due by the ***s. Upon the urging of the contractor who replaced us, the ***s retained legal cousel and proceded to file a bogus lawsuit against MD&C in an attempt to be completely reimbursed the entire amount of both my contracts, which is now being legally contestedIn summary, MD&C performed it's contractual work on both contracts, was paid for most of that work, and is still owed a balance for the work which was only days from completion. If you need any further proof, I have plenty of documented texts and voice mails left by both *** and *** *** that my legal cousel intends to use in court, and I'd be happy to share them with you. Based on the fact that M*** Design & Construction is no longer a Revdex.com member, and that the claim placed upon us is bogus and unfounded, I would expect that we should be afforded no negative publicity. I should also state that a complaint should be filed against the ***s for their failure to properly notify me of my firing and for failing to pay my company the balance dueIf you need a more formal response to the complaint, I'd be more than happy to oblige once I find the time in my very busy schedule to do soThank you for speaking with me, and giving me the opportunity to register a response.
