Terrible communication, never respond to emailsImpossible to cancel policies online

I cancelled my renters & auto policy 7/3/and was not told that my payment would still run I didn't budget for it and I had $worth of NSF fees because of it I called the local State Farm on 7/and was told that I would get the refund for the $ It sounded like I would get the refund quickly I just called today, 7/17, and found out that only the renters insurance was cancelled and the auto insurance will be cancelled on 7/and the refund will not be processed until then

State Farm was fine until I filed a claim from an auto accidentWhile the vehicle was at the body shop, a mechanical issue was discovered that was not there prior to the accidentThe mechanic believed that it was caused by the impactState Farm representatives suddenly become hostile toward both me and the mechanicThey were exceedingly rude and pejorativeOne fellow even accused the mechanic and me both of being untruthfulSuch unprofessional behavior does not belong in customer service

I had been in the phone with a local State Farm agent that works with the Clinton Cook State Farm agency I talked for a week or two going over and over what I needed any making sure the agent hadn't all the information I was quoted the price multiple onesSo I switched and made my first premium payment Three days later I get an email saying the quote was wrong due to my sons date of getting his licenseHowever, that was an issue we had ALREADY talked aboutI believe I was given the old bate and switch'sI canceled immediately I want a full refund however State Farm said I have to pay the 11% penalty for canceling early I was lied to and cheated l I want a full refund IMy premiun!!

This is a reiteration of my original complaint, as Revdex.com has erased the original due to site renovations
In September of this year, I noticed that after blindly paying State Farm since 2013, that my homeowners policy had increased 40% since that time This is fairly classified as 'bait and switch' policy writing, where the company hopes that that the customer continues to pay without noticing the exorbitant increases
The original complaint was addressed by an obligatory form letter from company representative John *** This form letter was mostly full of nonsense, but completely devoid of any information pertinent to my original complaint Specifically, the letter attempted to justify the 40% rate increase for reason that State Farm 'automatically adjusts' rates each year to 'compensate for increases in construction cost' (Substitute 'arbitrarily' for 'automatically' and this point furnishes about the same amount of information)
To state the point once again succin

I have been a State Farm customer for 6+ years, but upon moving to NC I have experienced the worst service from the local agentsI have had to drive miles out of my way to talk with different agents, in an attempt to clear up billing and service issuesI have had direct payment set up, over phone, and in person, for over a year, but once I moved here ***'s office hasn't taken payments when scheduled, added unexplained fees, and has sent harassment letters of bills containing doubled premium costsI am a good driver, but since being here my payment has gone from $a month to $104, including fees with no explanationThere has been unfulfilled promises in hers and other State Farm offices to resolve the issues, and blatant lies, as she stated that I "refused to make the payment over the phone" when I have no record of such call, because it did not happenAfter 6+ years with the company I am switching to *** for a guaranteed $a month, and when I called to cancel my State

poor customer servicea month ago received notice in mail, that my road side serviceWould be discontinuedBecause, I used the service too much (about three times per year)I called and asked, "what is too much"did not receive a clear answerJust told I used "tow" too much My insurance rate would not being gong down to reflect discontinued RSSMy car insurance goes up every monthsI am told it is to cover non-insured I feel I am just a number to themI have had no accidentsany time I call agency for assistantsI am treated like "I bothered them." Road side service was great addition to my coverageI did not over use coverage for RRSmostly for flat tire repair.(driving through construction sites)AT no point did agency call to find out "why" use of RRSNo costumer service or helpJust notice of discontinued serviceI feel state farm finds ways to over charge and under deliver There is NO quality costumer serviceDisgusted, I canceled all my policy's with state farmI do not recommend State Farm to anyoneHigh premium for low serviceNot worth it

I bought a home insurance policy through State Farm Insurance The agent told me I would receive a better rate if I switch my cars over to State Farm, in which I did I was paying $a month for cars with Geico I was quoted $a month through State Farm I have paid for the month of February I was notified by the agent that they have a made a mistake on the quote and beginning March, my new month auto insurance payment will be $a month for cars That is an increase of $a years because they have made a mistake on the quote They gave me a quote and I accepted the quote I cancelled my auto insurance with Geico and switched every***ng over to State Farm If they gave me a quote, they should abide by that quote ***s is not right

Please help me with the billing on this accountI guess back in January or Feb the underwriters decided to change my home owners insurance policy and not notify me of these changesSince then I have been charged for multiple fees of "policy change" that no one can explain to me and they did this all without notifying me they were changing anythingI was set up on auto payment which was going great until they changed my homeowners insurance, canceled and re-billed higher and never let me know of any of these changes or that I was WITHOUT insurance for a period of time (which could have been devastating had anything happened) and did not even know itI just paid them 323$ and now they are billing me for something with more policy changes they cannot explainI have spent HOURS being transferred to many different departments and NO ONE can answer my questionsI have paid every month on time until they started making changes without telling me (because I am on auto pay I am sur

State Farm Bank is incorrectly reporting a day past due on all of my credit reports for July After disputing the report with the credit bureaus it came back as "being verified" by State Farm BankMy payments were due on the 20th of each monthA payment was made on August 11, which is days past due not days past due as being reported for July

I recently moved my RV insurance to State Farm from Geico after receiving a quote that was approximately 25% cheaperAfter canceling the policy with Geico, and the policy had started with State Farm, they sent me a notice in the mail stating that my initial quote was incorrect and that my premium would be going upI spoke with my agent and he apologized for the error, but stopped short of giving me the price that was quotedIn short, those at State Farm thinks it is ok to quote a price, then charge more than was quoted

To Whom It May Concern:
I contacted State Farm Insurance- On the morning of 12/3/my vehicle was hit by another vehicleI called Anthony Petrozzella Office to let them know and to inquire about filing a claimI was told by the Office Manager Ms*** *** that I never I could not submit a claim because my car was not fully insured and that I had withdrawn from full coverage back in August I told MsCunnighman that I never withdrew or signed any agreement to withdraw my auto insurance coverageI told her that I had been paying a monthly premium of $which recently increase to $She told me that I was paying the premium so that I could keep the car in the driveway/garage in the case that it gets stolenI told her that I never agreed or signed any contract withdrawing my full coverage and that I was told by agent MsReny ***e that I was getting a reduction because of the low mileage on my car in August I was told that information was submitted t

I want to file a complaint based on State Farm dropping a customer unfairlyI have filed two claims due to break ins on my home within the years I have lived thereThe second claim had no payout, the first one was less than $3,Yet still, even after installing a Security system I am not worth keepingThis is a horrible way to treat customers and defies the whole point of having insurance

Nightmare plain and simpleYou have now entered a twilight zone where your communications are ignored, purposefully misunderstood and your claim impeded at every stepI spoke with about a dozen people there who all gave misleading and different informationI'd say "get it in writing" but they will renege on even that ! You may wind up paying for your own repair, rental car, surgery, or medical bills even if they wrote down they would payDO NOT LET THEM GET YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IF THEY CLAIM THEY ARE OBLIGATED TO HAVE A "SECURITY DEPOSIT"Ever wonder why they aren't Revdex.com accredited ? It's because they don't care - you're just another victim they profit from

State Farm took $( March 2016) dollars out of my bank account with out written permission, or prior approval, just one day it was withdrawn to State FarmWhen we contacted State Farm they said it was a company they were no longer affiliated with but they would get our refund, We have heard nothing from them, our agent said he has tried but is unable toThey took money from us without our permission, and they will not refund itIf I went to their business and took $with out permission, then walked out you very well know I would beHow come they can do this to us? I have the bank records, and E-Mails

I have had two problems with State Farm recently State Farm demanded an extra month of insurance be paid if I did not want to do auto-pay I don't see why I should have to pay one month in advance I am a disabled person and this causes problems with my monthly budget
5/24/17- State Farm roadside assistance towed my car to Meineke in Indianapolis When I left my vehicle it had a wheel cover on it When the car was received my Meineke they reported that the vehicle did not have a wheel cover on it This means that State Farm lost my wheel cover

I purchased a policy and ended up needing to cancel the next day due to not purchaaing the vehicleI was told I had to wait days for the policy to issue theThey would send me a cancellation form that had to be filled out and then sent backAfter this it would be 3-business days and I would receive my refundThis was untrueIt is the 5the day and I called to get a status update on my refund and was told that because the policy issued I now have to wait days for the Corporate Office to send me a check in the mailI called the customer service number and was told I would have to talk to my agents office about this issueI asked for the Corporate number and was told no one has it

We have made numerous requests for explanation about pur billing only to get passed and passedWe have made requests to change drivers and cars they use and policy only goes up despite us using our vehicles lessI have never seen someone drive less and insurance skyrocketI know we are getting ripped off for months and I want our policy adjusted and we expect a refund for the extra charges we have been paying for a long time and slso want our policy adjusted snd stabilized for future payments

I paid State Farm Insurance $on April 12, as a two month down payment for auto insurance on a vehicle that I recently purchasedThe agent took the money and then a week later told me that they were not able to insure my vehicle because I had not had insurance in yearsI had explained to them that I didn't have insurance because I did not have a vehicle in that timeThe insurance company sent me a check for $and said that was my refundI called them and told them that I was not accepting the check for that amount when I paid $
