I was having two problems that are a bad anytime, but worst around the holidays...a clogged toilet and a fridge not working to standards I put in a maintenance request and within hours there was someone at my door to address the needed repairs First he tackled the fridgeThat problem was nothing serious But, the clogged toilet was big He wrestled with it for about minutes then realized it would take more equipment than he had with him He did what he had to do; and soon I was able to do what I needed to do Seriously, other than the promptness of handling the problem, the biggest thing was the workman being a true pro He even offered to remove his boots before coming into my apartment All in all, a very positive experience out of stars

My contract with JMZ Property Management and the current lease is up on july 31st and as the management company they have failed to follow through on the final walkdown of my property and will not answer my calls concerning how and where do I get the keys back for my propertyI have left messages for [redacted] and ***

I am also a property owner I have paid my $dues each year for over twenty years When I first got the property, I could drive to the property and find the markers Today, that road has been block Now I have to drive a longer distance and still can't drive to my property I must park and walk a half mile and then the markers have been removed making finding my property almost impossalbleMy road has been used to DUMP tree limbs and trimmings Now they want to have me pay an additional $to develope the levey and repair the roads What have I been paying for all these years? Sounds rather fishy to me I asked for the Corp of Engeneers survey and the bidding process with time table for these repairs and as of this posting, none have been forcomming If anyone reads this, do yourself a favor Don't walk, run away from this organzation

I am renting a property ( yr lease ) , I have had nothing but issues with JMZ , poor customer service , the house that I have rented was not inspected , was not listed as a rental property with the cityThe things that were on the rental agreement were not honored ( working stove )The house has had numerous violations as well as gas leaksRidiculous fees for things that should have been fixed right the first timeThe individuals who are over things like repairs have to do them as cheap as possibleI would recommend never dealing with this company

Mr Moreno is an excellent mechanicI have been a customer of his for more than yearsHe is experienced and knowledgeable as well as a great diagnosticianHe might not be the cheapest in town but you can be sure that he is fair and honestHis approach to business is direct and honestSome people may confuse that with being rude, However , he always strives to please his clienteleI hope you think of him next time you need a job well done

I am a owner of a piece of property near river that flood continuallyUnfortunately I bought the high pressure sales an I regret to this day The owners have mismanaged funds have a high home owners tax an now as they are finally fixing road assessing the owners feesif that was not bad enough they don't tell you what isn't included which is 30-40$Thousand in fees so they an only their people can put you on a wait list to put septic an hook up water!!!! Unbelievable cannot wait to try an sell it, unfortunately they are so crooked they take your for sale signs off your property an then they tell you you cannot do any of your own improvements to the property

Utilities are through a company in IllinoisThis wasn’t even told to me until I got my first billWhy not just charge customers directly?
I had a newly remodeled apartmentThe worksmanship was rushed at bestMy fan clicks with every turnMy bathroom isn’t levelI couldn’t even put in a storage container over the toilet because the four legs couldn’t evenly touch the groundThe walls are thin, and when the neighbors turn on their water, the sound of open valves and rushing water resonate all through the complex
But the worst part is the maintainenceHere’s an exampleI had my new sink disconnect from the countertop completelyIt was adhered to the underside of the countertop, with no supportThe adhesive failed and the sink fellI rushed to put some books underneath it, so it wouldn’t break the PVC (yes, not metal) pipes that drained from the sinkI contacted maintainenceThey sent someone over to fix a leaky faucetThey didn’t have the correct tools, so they left and said they’d get back to meThey didn’tI decided not to pay my utilities until my sink was fixedI called maintainence, only to be put offI called the head office multiple timesThey said I had to call maintainence and put in a requestThe only number that worked was on a had written letter telling me that if I didn’t pay my utilities bill, I’d be evictedThat’s rightThey put their own profit above fixing my living spaceI had to call four different numbers and speak loudly at a manager before this was put on high priorityIt still isn’t resolvedSomeone is supposed to come to fix it todayWe’ll see if that happens
Don’t use JMZThey over complicate everything, and have no customer serviceAll they want is your money, which they prioritize over your well being and satisfaction
