As I stated in my phone call with [redacted] , Imailed the invoice MrMoretti left on November 28, 2016with the checkI did write on the invoice that the job had notbeen completed that I had hired Moretti to do a fall clean upand leaf removalI stated the job had not been doneOnceagain, I made a huge mistake by paying for the service priorto its completion.The only type of documentation I have is a piece of yellowpaper 1/X from a legal padThis is the paper I wrote onwhile speaking with MrMoretti on November 18, Ihave enclosed a copy of that paperAs you will see, it is oneof several calls I documentedIt is my habit to write on thelegal pad when I speak to someone, so I remember thecontent my conversations.Had I known the type of business person MrMoretti was, Iwould have never dealt with him in the first place, and if Ihad dealt with him, I would have done a better job ofdocumenting our conversations.If you have any additional questions, please feel free tocontact me at ###-###-####.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Lets start from the beginning..I have done work for [redacted] On May she called me and ask if I can clean up her yard[redacted] yard was a jungle when I got there..She wanted me to cut all of her bushes and hostas because everything was over grown which I have pictures to show what I have done..I gave [redacted] a price of $and she talk me down to $because she was on a fixed income and her Brother is looking for someone to do his yard..I had workers and we had total of hours of work on her yard I bought yards of mulch and haul away truck loads of brush and weeds and ext...again this job should have been over 2k again I didnt make much after all thing were paid..Then [redacted] called me on Dec and ask if I can remove all the leaves and I did I had hours of man hours which people total of hour and I only charged her and I hauled away all the leaves and she was happyinvoice no complaint...Then [redacted] was on my snow removal and she sign a contract 10-26- she knew it was $to clear the snow and then since she has a concrete driveway you have to u calcium so you dont ruin the driveway which You can see on the contract I charge $per bag I only charged her $she called me again and complain about the price so I tolde her that next time its snow I will do it for free..and [redacted] said I did that..again [redacted] was never happy about the price and again I didnt make any money with Product I used and the gas and oil and equipment I had to use...again I made it right for her.Then [redacted] called me again Nov to do leave removal like I did last year..I told [redacted] lets waite until the end of the month so more leaves can fall and she agreed..Sunday Nov 27th after church I called [redacted] later that Day and ask her if it was ok to come on Monday Nov 28th to do the leaves and [redacted] said that would be fine..I ask [redacted] If I can start the leave around 9am and [redacted] said That would be fine..We where there for hour with people which is a total of hours to remove all the leaves she had...Her grass was high which you can see in the pictures I cut her grass for free because [redacted] has a little dog and Im a dog lover so the dog can do it business in the yard...after Everthing was done I knock on [redacted] door at 11:45am to give [redacted] the invoice[redacted] didnt answer the Door so I LEFT THE INVOICE ON HER DOOR I DID ALL THE WORK BEFORE SHE PAID ME...If [redacted] had a problem with my work she could have called me that day or the next day..So when the check game I deposit it in my account...As I read [redacted] complaint she said she notify me in writing that I didnt do a fall clean up..I dont know where she got FALL CLEAN UP...last year invoice was remove leaves this year was remove leaves...A fall clean up is....REMOVE EVERTHING AND BRING IN FRESH MULCH FOR THE BEDS AND THE COST WOULD BE $700.00....again I dont know why she is so mad...she didnt call me about her Hostas[redacted] found out I deposit he check and this is when [redacted] started to deface me and harass me....First [redacted] went to Angies list and boy her first sentence she wrote...Moretti has cashed my check for the entire $215.00, yet has NOT preformed the fall clean up.....from Angies list If you read that she wanted people to think that she paid me and I didnt do any work and I just took a check and ran...since this sentence she has change her story because [redacted] didnt know I had pictures to prove that I did the work she wanted done [redacted] dont want the pictures up becausue the work It looks AWESOME[redacted] called me at 12:18am yes at midnight to yell at me who does that[redacted] has gone to ANGIE'S LIST MY FACEBOOK PAGE AND NOW Revdex.com AND DID REVIEWS AND GAVE ME EITHER OR F why who knows...I did the work what she wanted done I made hardly a profit we are only talking about $as you can see everytime I did work for her [redacted] said I over charge her on everything I did...I would take down the pictures if [redacted] takes down all the reviews on Angies list take down on my facebook page and Revdex.com If [redacted] later in the year puts up the reviews I will put the pictures back up with the review under the pictures...I have attach the snow contract the invoice from last year leaf removal and this year leaf removal you can see there is no work call fall clean up....just clean all the leaves out of my beds you can see all the picturesThanks Dan
