Probably the worst service from any technician or facility After charging $for water heaters, he walked out screaming "F this." He left the hot water heater on scalding hot and my year old son got burned taking a shower at night he did not know the warranty on the heater and basically wanted to be done with the jobI don't mind paying for quality but this company's quality has fallen offWe have used them for years and are "Gold Club" members This is how we got treated How do you think you will get treated??? The secretaries at Morevent are no better, they never called back and had to leave messages While service was good in beginning (and it truly was good in the beginning) they have hired some horrible technicians and operators as they have grownLOOK ELSEWHERE

In response to *** ***’s letter, I have provided proof of what was completed at his rental property along with actual GPS reports documenting the time spent at his property So, contrary to his statement, that “MrG*** response to my complaint against MoreVent is nothing but assumptions” I believe our documentation should be adequate to show *** ***’s comments are not correct. In addition, it is quite obvious we will not be getting paid for our services, so we will write off his balance as bad debt and will not provide service to him in the future. February 25, 2015Dear *** ***,On December 2, 2014, our master plumber arrived at *** *** ***, Boothwyn and discovered the drain line did have a blockageUpon his evaluation, he was able to relieve the blockage through the fresh air vent located out in the lawn areaHe used a curb
plunger to relieve the blockageHe also noted, there may be a dislocation on the house side of the mai drain lineThis dislocation will continue to catch debris and recreate future blockages. In regards to the minutes our plumber was there, I have supplied a GPS report showing exactly how long our plumber was on site and working at this property on this dayA total of minutes not including travel time.On January 29, 2015, our master plumber went back out to the home and found the main drain was blocked in the same area as it was during our December 2, visitOnce again, we noted the vent was dislocated on the house side of the trap. This problem will continue to occur as more debris gets flushed down the main drain linesThis dislocation is causing pape products, toilet paper and feminine products to get caught in the main drainIn addition, blockages happen because there is a fracture, a break, or some kind of dislocation that is catching debris and creating a blockage. Our company along with any other plumbing company cannot guarantee a drain clearing for a period of yearsWe do not state this in any of our material nor do we imply this.In regards to our year Service Guarantee, it states “We guarantee that repairs on your equipment are fixed right or the repair is freeIf today’s repair fails due to workmanship or defect within two years, we will repair it again absolutely free.” We stand firmly behind this guarantee, however in MrStapleton's service, we did not perform any work on equipment or install any parts. If our plumber did not clear the blockage back on 12/2/2014, how was the tenant able to continue to use toilets, kitchen sinks, and any other item in the home that allows all the waste to go down and out the main drain for a period ofapproximately days?If you should have any additional questions, feel free to contact me directly at ###-###-####.Sincerely,Marco G, President

On 9/19/our Master Plumber arrived at Mr*** house to discover the sink drain was full of cooking greaseDuring this call we performed drain clearing on the kitchen sinkWe also secured a 3” plumbing pipe in the basement which was coming from the master bathroomWe informed the client not
to put grease down the drain as this problem will happen againIn addition, we quoted the client a replacement garbage disposalWe also noted the 2" PVC line from the kitchen sink approximately in length, exceeds the allowable length per plumbing code and this line is now gurgling when the toilet is flushed because during the original installation a plumbing vent stack through the roof was never installed for this particular drain lineIn addition, the line is not properly pitched to allow waste to flow easilyWe informed the client this drain line should be replaced and installed up to current plumbing codeMr** declined this optionSo we recommended a BOCA Vent for the gurgling noise to act as a vent.On 9/29/per the client’s request, we returned to install the garbage disposal and the BOCA ventBoth of these items have nothing to do with the Drain getting cloggedThe garbage disposal was not working and the BOCA vent was installed to help alleviate the gurgling noise because there was no vent originally installed on this lineAfter the installation of the BOCA vent, the gurgling has been eliminatedBut this BOCA vent does not eliminate the need for the plumbing line to be replaced and reinstalled with a plumbing vent pipe.On 12/10/we were called out to the home because the kitchen sink tailpiece was dripping waterUpon arrival we found the tailpiece leakingWe adjusted and reset the kitchen tailpieceWe did this at no charge for the client. On 1/7/we were called out because the drain was slow drainingUpon our arrival we found cooking grease in the line againWe informed the client that you should not put grease down any drain because it will get clogged and we cleared the line for the clientOnce again we recommended having the line replaced and brought up to plumbing code due it the pitch, length and lack of a plumbing vent pipeAt this point, the client refused to sign our service ticket and felt the drain clearing should have been free.We cannot guarantee a drain line that has been installed improperly by another companyIn addition, we cannot guarantee a drain clearing from not clogging again if a client continues to put cooking grease down the drainIn regards to our year Service Guarantee, it states “We guarantee that repairs on your equipment are fixed right or the repair is freeIf today’s repair fails due to workmanship or defect within two years, we will repair it again absolutely free.”

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Mr. G[redacted] response to my complaint against Morevent is nothing but assumptions. The sewer line to my rental property was not restricted on Dec 2. As I explained when the appointment was made it was a preventive meassure and my tenant had no drainage issues until Jan 29. My tenant watched as the tech performed what I thought was a sewer line clean out  If you wish to verify that what I'm saying is the truth, feel free to contact my tenant [redacted] at ###-###-####.  As far as the 53 minute visit on the 2nd of December, here is a time line of everything needed to be done within that time frame. The tech arrived and spoke with the tenant. Next he had to located the vent in the front of the house. Next he had to removed his line clearing equipment from the back of the truck and set it up next to the vent. Next he had had to find and run a power line to support his equipment. Next he had to feed the auger/snake down the vent and feed into the 100 foot sewer line. Then he had to work/pull his snake/auger slowly in and out and work the snake and auger into the line to remove the tree roots. Next he would have to pull the snake out of the line and see if there is any water flow. Next he went to the house and had my tenant flush the toilet one time. Next he would have to pack up all his equipment and return it to his truck along with wrapping up the power cord. Next he returned to his truck and made up the bill . Then knock at the door to receipt the money order and give my tenant the receipt. Assuming that the line was cleared, I find it hard to believe that all of this was done in a 53 minute window. The return visit on the 29 of Jan. took 2 hours and 20 minutes to complete. In the past I had the line cleared and it usually took a little over 2 hours to complete. As far as Mr. G[redacted] assumption that their is a dislocation in the line, the only way he could be certain of this,is the tech would have to run a camera down the line to do a visual inspection. That wasnt done. In Oct 2012 I had a sewer co named Zoom come out to clear the line and after clearing the line ran a camera down the sewer line and there were no dislocations in the line.On the 29 of Jan I spoke with Brian who stated that the clean out today would be guaranteed but the service performed on the 2nd of Dec would not be. That struck me a somewhat odd that a company would circulate a discounted coupon of their services and then turn around and not stand by their work. Regardless of the decision of Revdex.com, Mr G[redacted] has stated and threatened me with turning this mattter over to a collections agency.
