It's an absolute nightmare dealing with Joe Morgan He's constantly lied to me and after months of unanswered emails, he's still yet to make good on the deal he made with me via email Basically, he takes your money and then treats you like an unimportant and worthless customer I'm more than USD$out of pocket on an amp I trustingly purchased from Joe Morgan at Morgan Amplification, and it appears I may never get the amp I purchased, or ever hear from him again In all my years purchasing guitar related gear online, Joe Morgan is the only guy I've ever dealt with where I feel I've actually been scammed and hustled Also, like I said, he treats you like garbage and doesn't bother to reply to your emails, etc Funny thing was, he was so cool and awesome right up to the point you send him your money Then he vanishes and sends the odd vague email to get you off his back A really unscrupulous liar and a man who doesn't keep to his word Definitely not someone you can trust Take heed, steer well clear of Morgan Amplification It's not worth the trouble having to deal with him and the worry of feeling like you've been ripped off I hope he follows through and sends me my amp Better still, I'd like my money back because, to be honest, I wouldn't ever want to play through one of his amps after this horrible ordeal he's put me through Why? Crazy!

Basically, he takes your money and then treats you like an unimportant and worthless customer. I'm more than USD$2000 out of pocket on an amp I trustingly purchased from Joe Morgan at Morgan Amplification, and it appears I may never get the amp I purchased, or ever hear from him again.
In all my years purchasing guitar related gear online, Joe Morgan is the only guy I've ever dealt with where I feel I've actually been scammed and hustled. Also, like I said, he treats you like garbage and doesn't bother to reply to your emails, etc.

Definitely not someone you can trust. Take heed, steer well clear of Morgan Amplification. It's not worth the trouble having to deal with him and the worry of feeling like you've been ripped off.
I hope he follows through and sends me my amp. Better still, I'd like my money back because, to be honest, I wouldn't ever want to play through one of his amps after this horrible ordeal he's put me through.

Review: Back on November 21, 2013 one of our music ministers at the church purchased an amp from a company called Morgan Amplification. The contact for the company that our minister had interacted with for the order was [redacted]. We received the charge for the amp of $1650.00 on our [redacted] card in November of 2013. [redacted] advised the minister that the amp order can take 6-8 months to fulfill with them because they are boutique amp builders. However, after not receiving the product in July 2014, the minister emailed [redacted] and [redacted] said he would send out the amp by the end of the week. The minister said that after 2 more weeks of still not receiving the product he emailed [redacted] again and since that point he has never received a response from him. Our music minister has tried contacting through multiple sources (email, phone, Facebook, social media). Our COO, CFO, and myself have all attempted to contact the company. We even had a lawyer from our church body send him an attorney letter and none of us have received a response from [redacted] or Morgan Amplification. So to summarize we were billed $1650.00 in November 2013 and as of January 2015 we still have yet to receive the product.Desired Settlement: We would love to either have the $1650.00 refunded back to us since we never received the product or we would like the product to be delivered to us.

Review: Ordered 2 amplifiers in February of 2014. After many failed attempts to resolve issue, I have asked for a refund. None of my attempts to communicate have been successful since Summer of 2014.Desired Settlement: Refund of full amount to paypal account: [redacted]

Review: - On August 28, 2013 I put a deposit of US$1699.00 via [redacted] on an amplifier to be custom made by Morgan Amplification. The transaction was initiated through their website and further communication would be through emails.-On January 21, 2014 I was notified that the product was "ready for shipment". I promptly paid the remainder via [redacted] which, including delivery was US$2045.37.-For several weeks following, there was no communication from Morgan. I inquired as to the delivery of the product and the response on several occasions was "Your amp will be shipped by FedEx on monday". This was untrue as I still have not received the product.-I sent several emails regarding shipping status, most of which were ignored. -On August 13, 2014 I requested a full refund via email to the amount of US$3744.37. There was no reply from Morgan. I re-sent the same email on August 15 with still no reply. I am concerned Morgan is taking advantage of the fact I live in Australia and am therefore in a different jurisdiction.-Further efforts to communicate with Morgan were made through telephone, where my calls ended up in the voicemail. I commented on their [redacted] and had my comment deleted and was blocked from making further comments on their page.-I have all necessary receipts and emails exchanged.
