Review: On May 22, I had contracted Amore Limousine Service of North Versailles, PA to drive me from my Bethel Park residence to the Pittsburgh Airport. Early in the morning I received a call from Mindy, who was assigned to be my driver. As this was a Sunday morning, she had not been given keys to the building, and could not access any company vehicle. Mindy drove to my residence in HER car, and took me to the airport in her car. I emailed Amore Limousine that morning about my concern, and when I returned from a trip to China, I called the company. The secretary assured me the owner would contact me to resolve the situation. This has never happened. I have not been contacted by Amore Limousine by phone, fax or email. They did charge me the full price for a ride from the company that I never received, and no refund had been given. This is a remarkable situation, and I have never had such a problem with any company in the past. At the very least, I should receive a full refund. The company should also take steps to satisfy an unhappy customer. I am grateful to company employee, Mindy, for taking the extra step of using her vehicle to get me to the airport. Hard to imagine missing the flight for the trip of a lifetime because of the incompetence of a limousine company.Desired Settlement: I believe I am entitled to a refund. After all, the company never delivered the service, but still charged me the full price. I would also like to speak with the owner, who should have the courage to step up, recognize what happened, and seek to rectify a ridiculous circumstance.

Review: I am a school teacher at [redacted] on the North Side of Pittsburgh, and our kids did some fundraising to go to [redacted] in style. We were able to charter a bus from Morgan Coach and Tours LLC/Amore Limousines (owner [redacted]) and take 22 overly excited middle schoolers. Everything was running smoothly until the bus driver arrived one and a half hours late as he was scheduled to pick us up at 6:30 AM. He called at 6:36 AM to tell me he changed the battery and would be there between 10 and 15 minutes. Then at 7:17 for which I called him and he stated he was downtown (literally 5 minutes from our school), then again at 7:49 for which I again had to call him and he didn't answer. Then at 7:53 when he called back and stated he was stuck in an accident on the parkway (I'm not understanding how downtown to the North Side resulted in getting on the parkway).He was unapologetic upon pick up, and spent most of the day annoyed with us, and to add insult to injury the entire left side of the bus didn't work which deemed the DVD player inoperable (one of the reasons we chartered a bus in the first place)which meant 6 hours on bus with unentertained middle schoolers. Then to finalize the trip he was nowhere to be found at the end of the day. They attempted to return to the drop off point but the driver decided to move the bus (without calling either teacher) so the kids travelled home drenched due to a massive downpour. This trip occurred on May 31st and I have yet to receive any correspondence from the company. Please let me know if you have any insight into what our next steps should be.
