Review: To whom it may concern,

I have been continually harassed and demeaned and yelled at by the staff at Morgan and Curtis and would like to make a formal complaint. They have called me 3 times asking me for my medicaid information as a New York resident and then today called me to inform me that the bill is from 2009 from the state of Colorado. [redacted] the lady who I told to only call me has given my name to another person in her office. I gave [redacted] my medicaid information and then she gave my number to another woman in her office who proceeded to harass me and told me to [redacted] APEX MEDICAL and would not give me the name of their client in Denver Colorado.

Please contact me regarding this matter and how I may be able to inform not only their client of their harassment but any new or prospective clients to not use their services and be written up with the Revdex.com o New York.

It is my hope that in getting this complaint they will be able to send me the number and name of their client as I asked for I have contacted every APEX group in Denver and they don't have me as a client of a person that owes them a debt. It would not surprise me that they may be collecting funds from a business that has gone out of business and keeping all the money.

Please be advised that [redacted] has falsely accused our agency and collection staff of harassment. We are in business over 30 years and never had a complaint against us like this one.

My name is [redacted] president of Morgan & Curtis, and I sit on the collection floor everyday to monitor our collectors for compliance. [redacted] yelled , demeaned, and harassed my collector [redacted], and [redacted]. They both very professionally, and calmly tried to assist [redacted] in giving her all the information about the debt incurred by her in Colorado.

We have mailed the information to her in clarification about the amount due our client who is actively in business.

When this matter is resolved, our client will receive our remittance check less our agency fee.

Due to Hippa Compliance laws, we can only be vague in identifing the type of debt we are calling her about, to the Revdex.com.

We will do all we can to help [redacted] amicably resolve this matter.

This is an attempt to collect a debt and any and all information obtained will be used for that purpose.

I did not harass his staff and of course they would say that about me when I was the one being harassed. I told them I was on medicaid at the time and they will have to get their payment from medicaid and I hope sincerely that they do get paid. On a further note I find it ironic that they can send by mail the name of the client but refused to give the name to me over the phone and lastly, I asked [redacted] to only contact me and she gave my name and number to another person on their staff who was rude, mean and did harass me.

This is why we have the Revdex.com for businesses to be accountable for their actions and not be in a "he" said

"she" said. argument.

I do not agree with his statement and he was not on the call and if needed ask him to research the recording of the call and submit it to the Revdex.com including my follow up call when they hung up on me.
