Sent: Wednesday, May 13, 4:PMTo: drteamSubject: repsonse to nasty ruide customer [redacted] Hello Revdex.com Re: Revdex.com Case # [redacted] This case is beyond absurd Whoever wrote the "Customer's Statement of the problem" is a complete fabricationist - the lies being tossed out there are almost laughable [redacted] placed an order for a display case with our website ( the ONLY true point in her complaint) Her credit card payment BOUNCED - the credit card processor told us the card was no good It took her a while to respond to our requests to contact us When she finally made the payment good, the display case she wanted was temporarily out of stock When we told her it would take a bit of time to build (which she had AGREED to when she placed her order in the first place!) , she became irate, nasty, rude, and threatening We cancelled her order, refunded every penny, EVEN THOUNG HER BOUNCED PAYMENT HAD COST US! ! !), and told her she was no longer welcome at our business And she has the nerve to make up all this garbage and file a Revdex.com complaint?
