[redacted] was the rudest customer service rep (legal intake specialist) I have EVER encountered in my life!!! Upon inquiry about their services to help my husband with his debt resolution, he was curt, rude and outright told us he was not there to argue with us when in fact, we were trying to get clarification on HIS statements. He would not slow down for us to write the info he was giving us so obviously he did not want us calculating and finding out that the numbers simply DIDN'T ADD UP!!!!! We were hopeful for good service and were ready to get rolling on a plan to get out of debt but whoa! Did he represent the company in a horrific manner! Then he proceeded to hang up on us with a closing statement "You know there are about 20 other people waiting on the line...." We did not catch the end of his statement then Click! He hang up.

Review: Morgan Drexen took 7 unwarranted and unauthorized payments from my checking account in the amount of $1330, which is $190 per month from November 2013 until May 2014, only 5 were returned to the account. This company owes me 2 . months of unauthorized charges $380. I authorized my bookkeeper to cvontact them to take care of this matter and have authorized her on several recordings and representatives refused to assist her, the 2 representatives are [redacted] and [redacted] hung up on [redacted] Bookkeeper for [redacted] Inc.Desired Settlement: I wish to have $380 refunded back to my account

Consumer contracted with Attorney for representation on various legal matters. Company apologizes for any confusion or inconsistency experienced by Consumer. Staff members are directed by Attorney to comply with his state’s Rules of Professional Responsibility (confidentiality) which prohibit discussing a client’s information with unauthorized individuals. Pursuant to the Attorney’s Policies, we offered the client to execute an authorization to discuss his matter with Consumer’s bookkeeper but he refused. Non-disclosure was meant to be in the Consumer’s best interest. ACH’s from the Consumer’s account was done at the Attorney’s direction. File has been reviewed by Attorney and he has authorized a refund of $380.00 which will be made to the consumer within 30 days.

Morgan Drexen/MDRX services or what ever the business name !!! I sign in July/13 for $185.00 a month then they raise to $215.00 ,finally cancel June 23,2015.now they are claiming I owe for Attorney's fee, my score went from 680 to 500 ...Just wondering what happen to all the money I pay them none of my debt got paid !!

This company has taken $185.00 per month from me for over a year now and hasn't helped my credit score at all. This is a scam that should be stopped. I wish I could get my money back.

I signed up with Morgan Drexen in January 2015. They settled on an agreement to pay a creditor that was paid off before we signed with them. They were told not to do anything with accounts and they closed them not agreeing to any payments. Made 5 payments and they have done nothing moving forward.
