I'm not saying there wasn't communication errors on my part by any means. The day you canceled I was ordering your materials because you changed the scope of the work the previous day. We needed those materials ASAP. In regards to my tools, your only response to me in weeks about them was that they would be boxed up. That tells me nothing. In Texas it is illegal to keep someone's tools if it prevents them from doing their job. You have made sure that I can't complete my jobs. I have a lawyer for this as well. You gave your ex husband my number. I did return his call.  I tried to give you money and you did not respond. I will take full responsibility for the lack of communication.

My tools have not been retrieved. I cannot get an answer from anyone about my tools and have not reimbursed the customer and will not until I hear something about my tools.

I am rejecting this response because:you still have not paid me back. I told you you tools are boxed up and to pick them up. My lawyer sent you a letter requesting you pick up you tools at a mutually convenient time. So I feel this Revdex.com process is proving to be futile as you still have not given met money back and you aren't trying to provide me with alternate options so I will see you in court. Feel free to provide your lawyer with my lawyers information. I emailed it to you yesterday.

I am rejecting this response because: he was suppose to be at my home on the 24th. He was aware I was out of town, however, he had access to my property. I have texts to prove that you told me you were sick and I also have texts to prove that you slept until 1:30 pm and missed the 8:30am start time. Additionally, the day I cancelled the job you told me you would be at my house by 8:30am. My dad waited at the house until 11:30am for your arrival. I am not overreacting. I want my money back. I told you your tools are in a box and you could come get them. You have called my ex-husband not me. Grow-up and face your responsibilities. Yes I have a lawyer. I have asked for my money back and you have not complied.

job therefore we could not get started. I also had a death in the family, I had workers that couldn't make it in due to medical reasons which all caused a later start date and I told her this and she was fine with it. When we finally did get started, we were building the frame to pour the slab and she came outside and said she wanted it to be larger because she didn't think her new patio furniture would fit on the patio at the size we had it which was 12'x16'. She changed it to 12'x20', naturally that will change the price and scope of work. The next day I was at [redacted] ordering her new materials, because the new beams that were going to be 20' long vs. 16' would take a few business days to get in. I wanted them in as quickly as possible. She called while I was at [redacted] and I did not answer because I was talking with the pro specialist putting in the order. I text messaged her immediately and told her what was going on and she responded with, "I want to cancel the job, I don't trust you." I then told her I would return everything I purchased but I was not sure if the money would be refunded to my [redacted] pre paid credit card or if they'd give me cash. I never said they wouldn't take the materials back. I had my tools over at the jobsite because we were supposed to be going back. I was to meet her father the day she canceled the job as she was out of town again, and when she canceled I called her father and said I'd like to come pick up my tools. Never got a response. As a matter of fact I still haven't gotten my tools back from her. She will not respond to me. She said she wanted the deposit back by Monday March 17th or she'd turn it over to her lawyer and let it go from there. I had other jobs I could do as I didn't have 2962.50 in my acct at the time and told her I was finishing up these jobs and would let her know when I could make it over. We did not finish that next job before the banks closed on Monday March 17th, so I told her I would cash the check in the morning on the 18th. She responded with Im turning it over to my lawyer.
