The last time I had a service here was August (for reference)...I booked a lymphatic massage at the Webster Groves location nearly weeks ago and was NOT told by the girl at the desk that I needed to pay THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF THE SERVICE up frontYesterday, I got a notification that there was a transaction on my card that wiped the account out...come to find out, it was this place using a card THAT THEY HAD NO PERMISSION TO RUN I then got called by [redacted] asking for more money because the card (again, that they didn’t have permission to use) didn’t have enough to cover the serviceAs their excuse, I was told “since I’ve been to the spa before, I should remember what the policy is” (check above for the last date of service)I know the policies of MY job; it’s not my responsibility to figure out other people’s jobs tooNow I am overdrawn on this account that they STOLE money from

My friend and I visited your salon October 2, with a *** for $I explained what I wanted to my therapist ***During the massage I noticed her lack of technique and I guided her on what I wanted but it did not feel any differentAfter the message the cashier discouraged us from using the *** and we paid the full amount of $Later, I called to speak to a manager and explain the experienceI also sent an email and received an email response that you hope that I have a better experience on the next visitI called the salon again and received another email saying you prefer to be contacted through email

I am rejecting this response because: I paid for a service that was not received I attempted to communicate with my therapist about what I needed and did not receive adequate skill or technique to achieve desired goal This led me to follow proper chain of command and let her boss know I was unhappy with my servicesThe owner did not offer me a refund but offered me to pay again for another service which I did not feel was fairAlso, upon paying for my services at Morgan Ford I tried to use the *** that brought me into the location but the receptionist unprofessionally told me she didn’t want to accept it because it would cost the company to much money to go through ***The owner of the company still hasn’t responded to that aspect of the problem and refuses to communicate with meI also did not hear back from the business to my original complaint within the required days that is Revdex.com protocol

The customer scheduled a 60 minute massage service at an introductory (discounted) rate. She received the 60 minute massage, and said nothing to the therapist throughout the service that would allow the therapist to know there was any problem. In fact, in her first email to me she stated she didn't...

want to say anything to the therapist or front desk because she didn't want the therapist to have a bad day. There was much explanation of how she couldn't really afford the service. Nevertheless, she requested the service, the therapist performed the service, as an independent contractor the therapist was paid for the service, so we are not willing to provide a refund. We did offer the customer the option of using the introductory rate again (even though it's only for new guests) if she wanted to try another therapist. She then proceeded to go on a personal attack campaign against me on social media, so she is no longer welcome in our business.
