know if she would like the stylist to correct the cut she could come in, and it would be corrected free of charge. She said she would rather get a refund. I let her know since it was almost two months she we could not give her a refund. Her hair could have grown out, or someone else may have cut her hair. There are many things that could have happened in those 2 months to her hair. I also informed her the stylist has been paid, and we would offered a complimentary service to fix the issue, or a discount on another service.

I explained to the woman that I have curly hair and only when I straightened it did I see the horrible cut the woman did on my hair. Again I did not want to go there to have the woman althat messed it up fix it and possibly make it worse. I went and had it professionally fixed which cost me $45. All I asked for was the refund for the bad cut, not the hair color. The fact of the matter is it doesn't matter that the hair stylist was paid. The business owner is responsible for the people she hires to represent her company. The refund should come out of her business.
