I don't suggest using this car washI had been going here for years during the off season to get the winter salt off when I can't wash it by hand, with this car and all our other carsNever had an issue until last night when the machine misread where my rear wheels were and put the wheel brush in the middle of my doors and scrubbedIt left some fairly good scratches / circular swirl marksI can get them out with my buffer, not a huge ordeal but wanted to let the owner know so I gave him a callThe call started off ok but then he thought I was someone else that complained, which I wasn't and I let him knowWith a poor attitude he said he wasn't going to repaint my car for a $wash, he wasn't going to handwash my car for $and he would be out of business if he had to do thatI NEVER asked him for a repaint, I NEVER even asked him to fix the swirls and I certainly didn't ask for "hand wash"I just wanted to let him know there was an issue so he could resolve it and it not harm anyone else's carHe then told me other customers has issues with this right side bay and if I wanted to keep using his car wash to use the left oneHe had a very bad attitude and I will ever take any of my cars to him again, which I told him on the phone, he then said "Thank you for not coming back", wow...great customer service skills you have thereMy wife who was listening to the phone call was very surprised as well as I was not giving this guy a hard time at allSo, be warned, if you have any issue with your car there, expect him to give you an attitude and not help you
