I purchased a home that had Kitchen Kompact cabinets and I added additional cabinets soon after I had a portion of the product that I needed to replace recently and found out [redacted] no longer carries the product I reached out to the company, not expecting muchTo my astonishment, I received a prompt email back, a company rep asked how he could help and offered to do so at no cost to me I sent a few pictures of the piece I needed to replace and received an email back offering to replace my cabinet door at no chargeI highly recommend this product They make a quality product, offer many options and live up to the needs of the everyday family in the kitchen Aside from that, their service is some of the best I have encountered in many, many years in any industryWhen the time comes to remodel my kitchen, I will definitely be purchasing Kitchen Kompact products to do so

My kitchen was ready for a changeI wanted to keep my original Chadwood Oak cabinets, fill in the refrigerator space, and add another wall Direct contact with Kitchen Kompact helped me to do thisI knew that the change in door style would give the new wall its own look Specifically, they helped me understand that the finish on the red oak had not changed so I was able to match the sheen on new trim pieces and components that I hand-finishedIn the old refrigerator area, I needed to put exposed hinges onto the new doors so that area would blend better with the cabinets- since concealed hinges are used these days Kitchen Kompact was able to find the number of hinges I needed and send them to meWe exchanged a number of emails during this process of planning and finally getting to work All my questions were answered in a very helpful mannerWith beautiful old cabinets and the nine new ones- and the new floor, lighting, and quartz counter- my kitchen is lovely and more functional than ever

I've had my cabinets for years and I needed some replacement parts, I had a great experience with this company, they were very quick to respond to my inquiry and got the replacements out to me very quickly, I couldn't be happier I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this company again

Our Kitchen Kompact cabinets are over years old and we recently broke one of the drawer boxes To say our family has not been gentle with the cabinets and drawers over the years is an understatement, and the cabinets have held up very well and still look great After some research, I reached out to the company via e-mail one evening and within an hour had a response from Brett *** I explained what we needed and within a day or two they had a new replacement drawer on its way to me Their customer service is excellent and very responsive, far beyond what I was expecting I would recommend their products and service to anyone, hands down!

I purchased my cabinets years ago from through Menards Kitchen Kompact was the manufacturer A drawer in which we keep heavy tools became warped after it slipped off the track and we didn't notice it for several months I e-mailed Kitchen Kompact fully expecting no response or a reply that it was too long ago for them to do anything about it I received an e-mail back within hours stating that they could replace the box for the drawer at no charge That kind of customer service just does not exist these days

I have year old Kitchen Kompact cabinetry and they are as lovely as the day they were installedI recently needed new brackets to repair the silverware drawers (never underestimate what a year old can do hanging onto a drawer) and I emailed customer supportI received a reply within an hour and received the brackets at no charge days later!
