Morgan Roofing and Siding Inc.

I requested an estimate to repair capping and weather stripping around my garage doors early August, 2015. I received a quote early September and sent back the signed quote on 9/15/15.
9/19/15 The repair work was to be performed. No one ever showed up or called to indicate they were not coming until I contacted them.
9/21/15 I spoke to the owner of the company, Cambrie Morgan and she further explained what happened on my schedule install date. Fine. Cambrie agreed to keep in touch with me, daily, this week as to when the repair can be done.
9/22/15 I spoke with their office manager, Tina D[redacted] and she indicated that I would hear from Cambrie Wednesday morning/afternoon after she inspects a roof.
9/23/15 Cambrie never contacted me.
9/24/15 After two messages left with Morgan roofing, one on Cambrie's voicemail asking for someone to call back I heard from Tina. Tina indicated that I would hear from Cambrie via email/phone. I did not hear back from Cambrie.
9/25/15 Cambrie sends an email indicating that they can not do my job due to "unforeseen circumstances".
Morgan Roofing and Siding Inc. has poor customer service. They make promises that they can not uphold.
