I requested an estimate to repair capping and weather stripping around my garage doors early August, I received a quote early September and sent back the signed quote on 9/15/9/19/The repair work was to be performed No one ever showed up or called to indicate they were not coming until I contacted them9/21/I spoke to the owner of the company, Cambrie Morgan and she further explained what happened on my schedule install date Fine Cambrie agreed to keep in touch with me, daily, this week as to when the repair can be done9/22/I spoke with their office manager, Tina D [redacted] and she indicated that I would hear from Cambrie Wednesday morning/afternoon after she inspects a roof9/23/ Cambrie never contacted me9/24/ After two messages left with Morgan roofing, one on Cambrie's voicemail asking for someone to call back I heard from Tina Tina indicated that I would hear from Cambrie via email/phone I did not hear back from Cambrie9/25/ Cambrie sends an email indicating that they can not do my job due to "unforeseen circumstances"Morgan Roofing and Siding Inchas poor customer service They make promises that they can not uphold
