January of I was contacted by a collection agency for something I had no idea about, nor did theyFound out who they was from Morgan Southern INCThey had no Idea what was going onAfter many calls and letters, and hiring a law firm to go after the collection agency I was given a contact name
I talked with*** *** (Corporate Controller) I was sent some invoice without an explanation to why it was sentAfter more complaints Mr*** did send a letter of explanation
I agreed to make payments to the company monthly which I had faithfully from around August 2015.I recently got a credit report finding that Morgan southern isn`t reporting my payments
I contacted Morgan Southern once again in April about this problemHe ask that I give him a week to look into what was going onI heard nothing from him in a weekI tried contacting him by phone*** EXT:*** without any reply from himI also contacted him by Email which he ignored as welllas
