For the last year I have been dealing with your company and found nothing but headache. A year ago mail thieves stole my identity so I changed all of my address to a PO Box. This was fine for the investment side of the house, but the stock plan side of the house does not seem to be able to store a physical address and a mailing address. I ended up in a nice infinite loop. I would send an address change form to change to my PO Box and then I would get a notice that due to the patriot act I would need a physical address. I would call to update my physical address and they would change my mailing address in addition to the physical. This infinite loop was dealt with multiple times.
Finally after a few tries of this, the answer I got was to ask my post office to not deliver mail to the address on the envelope but to the PO Box if both addresses were on the envelope. They laughed at me, your own agent as I explained it to him considered it ridiculous. Although I have edelivery on you are required to send a physical form for tax forms which is exactly the form that thieves need to steal my identity. Add to that you have managed to lose my 1099 from my account, was there one day, gone the next, reference number [redacted] and that the investment side manages to use my PO Box, I am just amazed that your company can even continue to function. I only use you because Expedia uses you for its stock. Because my identity was stolen I couldn't pass the public tests to get online access, it took two months to resolve that and tie it to my investment acccount. I plan to never again work for a company that uses Morgan Stanley.
