To Whom It May Concern -- We are aware of the end users concerns and are actively working to resolve the problem We were shipped product from one of our suppliers that was not manufactured correctly That is the origin of the end user's product delamination The validity of the issue has never been in doubt, however, only recently did we understand the scope of this issue Our outside sales rep has been in contact with the end user and I will be reaching out, again, today In general, we have a course of action and that was discussed this morning with the end user We will now be working through the various details that must be ironed out to replace any defective product We are committed to following through on our warranty for this end user Thank you for the opportunity to respondChris W [redacted] Sales Manager

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern: This is the first notice to us of a continuing problem Based on their complaint, we have made good faith efforts to satisfy our warranty We will continue to do that until this is resolved Today, We will reach to our territory sales rep that covers
this market so that contact can be made with the dealer involved to set a course for resolution. Chris W***Sales ManagerExecutive Cabinetry

To Whom It May Concern, This is a dispute between our dealer and the homeowner. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty will be honored per the terms of the warranty. To this date, no warranty claims have been submitted by our dealer for us to respond to. The doors mentioned in the
complaint were purchased, not provided under our warranty. They were replaced due to an incident on the job site, not a factory defect. The disposition of those doors now is between *** *** and the end user. If necessary, we will address any and all warranty claims made by our dealer, per the terms of our warranty. Thanks for the opportunity to respond. C*** W***Executive Cabinetry

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
Regards,
*** *** Like you stated, “The drawer fronts were sold directly to the homeowner at a discounted cost in an effort to provide assistance to the homeowner.” Why were you providing assistance to the home owner? Because your company would not honor the WARRANTY on the cabinets that were never paid for, therefore you made me purchase them! Why did you sell them to the home owner?Because you knew I fired the contractor and your former distributor NO longer sells or is allowed to talk about your cabinets! Why would you not honor the warranty?Like your representative told me over the phone (*** ***) and he was told by his “boss“ (*** ***) “Executive Cabinetry will not honor a warranty on a product that is not paid for.”Therefore, your former distributor (I put former because he no longer sells your cabinets) ** *** of “*** ***” Orthe contractor *** *** of “***” (who I will no longer allow in my house since he installed the stolen cabinets and lied about it, which means I no longer have him as a contractor) stole the money I paid them for the cabinets that they ordered from you and installed in my bathroom. So at this time I am not able to file a claim through the (fired) contractor or your (former) distributor, they are NO longer in the picture and you know this! So, now that I have broken things down as simply as possible and I will reiterate a few more times.I will need you to supply me with documentation as to why you will not honor the warranty on the cabinets that you told me were never paid for. Please do not tell me to go to the distributor to get it, YOU KNOW he no longer sells your cabinets and that you made a side deal with him through collections to get your display case back. Please do not tell me to go through the contractor,YOU KNOW I fired him and he no longer works at my residence as a contractor and he is also tied in with your former distributor and your company will not do business with him either. So please stop playing games with me and especially my familyAll I want is something to prove that there is NO WARRNATY DUE TO NONPAYMENT, like I was told by your representative

We are actively trying to complete the work at the end user's 2nd home We flew an employee from ** to her residence to do the majority of the work He met our outside sales rep there Unfortunately, there were a couple of pieces missing/in error We then found a contractor
that agreed to complete the work Understand, the end user lives in a resort town at the tip of the *** in ** Finding a contractor was difficult and this contractor has to travel to do the work In the mean time, the end user found a blemish on another door We have already shipped that replacement to the contractor...some weeks ago It has been tough to get the contractor to commit to timing and travel to get this done We spoke to him today and he will be reaching out to the end user to schedule the work ASAP This has taken too long...and we own that But, I can assure you it has not been without trying We will finish the work Hopefully this last trip will be the final trip

Until I understand the scope, I am not prepared to discuss how we resolve the issue.  What I can say is that someone from the factory will be in touch directly.  We are committed to satisfying our warranty.  Chris W[redacted]Sales Manager

The drawer fronts were sold directly to the homeowner at a discounted cost in an effort to provide assistance to the homeowner. This is not our standard business practice but an exception was made. Executive Cabinetry is always willing to review all warranty claims but those claims would need submitted through the contractor we sold the cabinets to.

Executive Cabinetry is a manufacturer who produces and sells kitchen and bath cabinetry through our dealer base. Our contracts are with our dealer who in turn sell to builders and homeowners. We are unable to provide anyone except our dealer with any documentation regarding status of payment of...

the cabinetry. Any financial dealings or information would need to be provided by the dealer to the homeowner. Any warranty claims need to be processed through the dealer that the homeowner purchased their cabinetry from.

Regards,
[redacted] Executive Cabinetry no longer does business with carpet clearance due to there legal arrangement to get their display case back from carpet clearance. There for carpete clearance is NO LONGER A DISTRIBUTER FOR EXECUTIVE CABINETERY. Carpete clearance no longer distributes their cabinets and also DIDNOT PAY FOR THE CABINETS so they can not give me the paperwork I need to prove they didn't pay for them. Since executive cabinetry "will not honor a warranty on a product that wasn't paid for". Like [redacted] told me over the phone that [redacted] told him to tell me. Then I need proof of that. They are not taking care of their customer (me and my family) and are protecting another business ([redacted] clearance) that did them and my family wrong! Also for them to claim they do not do business with individual people that is not true they recently sold me the drawer/door fronts to me so I could replace the damaged ones that they claim they CAN NOT cover the warranty on since [redacted] clearance DID NOT PAY FOR THEM.

Executive Cabinetry did not answer questions regarding our specific order #[redacted], purchased 7/19/17, promised 9/11/17, delivered 10/5/17 and  installed 12/20/17:-Did they receive payment IN FULL for this order (#[redacted]) from [redacted].  We have provided proof of payment to [redacted] via copies of cancelled checks.  -If payment has been received, WHEN?  According to Executive Cabinetry, a warranty is not "activated" until payment is received.  We would like to know WHEN our warranty for order #[redacted] has been or will be "activated" and in effect.-Executive Cabinetry says a claim has not been made.  We have notified [redacted] and Executive Cabinetry numerous times which is only met with a claim that there is no active warranty because it is unpaid.  Which is it?  This can simply be resolved by answering a simple question:  Is there any outstanding balance due on our order #[redacted]?  If not, we should have a valid and activated warranty.  Attached is an e-mail sent again TODAY to [redacted] and Executive Warranty requesting a formal submission and warranty claim for warped DRAWERS.   We affirm and agree that the D-O-O-R-S damaged by [redacted] during the granite installation are not part of this warranty claim as they are not in our possession, nor are these replacement doors part of order #[redacted]. or confirm receipt of payment or validation of any "activated" warranty for this order.  Our claim for warranty work does not involve DOORS but warped D-R-A-W-E-R-S.The referenced doors Chris has referenced are in fact NOT WARRANTY issues doors Chris mentions  Regards,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and agree to it , however, would like to maintain the case open until there is some action on it directly by manufacturer and NOT by dealer. I really appreciate the help but want to make sure that I can continue with the complaint if nothing happens. Thank you
