In this instance the party that levied the complaint was in the rightThere was a system error combined with a lapse of oversight on our part and as we are a high volume business; this went unnoticed.This is a very rare and reasonably embarrassing mistake that we deeply regret.We have already issued a full refund in the amount of $2,285.00.Once again we offer our deepest apologies
