I do not accept this response due to the fact that the information you have received is incorrect. I am sure I did not fail any test 6 times. As far as having my cell phone, I did not use it once. Instead of having it in my pocket, I had it laying out where it was visible to my instructor, therefore she accused me of cheating. That problem has already been resolved by retaking that test and passing it. As far as the other tests I must take and pass, one of them was supposed to be taken months ago. Due to the fact that my instructor is very unorganized and did not bring my test the day of test day, I had to take a pass it on top of many others that needed to be taken before my instructor went on vacation. If I would have been given that test on the day I was supposed to take it, there would not be any reason as to why I could not pass the very first time it was taken. I am a loyal student at Morgantown Beauty College, I was never disrespectful until needing to stand up for myself, I have always gotten my work done on time, and I have always showed up when no one else did. There is no reason for me to be treated this way.

To whom it may concern, The ten courses the student failed to complete can be completed on the following dates: Acupressure: October 21 A&P: October 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, and 29". November 3rd, 5th, 10th, 12th, 17th, 19th, and 24th   December 1st, 3rd, 8th, 10th, 15th, and 17th   Ayruveda: October 14'h. Eastern: November 4th, 6", 11th , 13th , 18th , 20th December 2nd, 4th, 9th,11th, 16th, and 18th. Business: October 9th,16th, 23rd , and 30th. November 6th. CPR/First Aid: December 1th, and 22nd NCE: December 17th Passive: November 12th, 19th. Pathology: December 1st, 3rd, 8th,10th, 15th, 17th TMI 3: October 7th, 9th, 13th, 14th, 16th, 20th, 21st, 23rd, 27th, 28th, 30th November 3rd, 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th,  December 1st, 2nd, 9th, 16th If the student agrees to complete these classes, MBC will need her response by August 4, 2015.
