Promised a service. collected our personal items and partial payment and has not delivered service.Paid $450 in December along with $750 of fabric and $450 in two chairs. On 10/23, I gave Mr. M[redacted] $300 with which to buy material to upholster a recliner. On 10/28, he picked up $250, 1/2 of the.cost of labor and the back &seat of the chair. Two months late, after much coresion by the police department, many broken promises by Mr. M[redacted], and a criminal report filed by me, Melvin M[redacted] returned the 2 parts of my chair and the upholstery material. I lost money but I got my property back. The criminal report did it for me!","neg-1
