Worst customer service ever!!!!
Booked my moving appointment three weeks ago and told I would be first spotThen two days ago I'm told nope now your second in lineI let them know I had to cancel a cleaning and rearrange my entire schedule nowNo apology of any kindThen today moving day I receive a message telling me now I'm being pushed to 3pmWhen I call to speak to someone I'm told sorry for inconvenience but that's how it isAsk to speak to manager and apparently everyone is on lunchWhen manager calls me back same information and just sorry for inconvenienceWhen I bring up the fact that no one let me know till two days ago, that I have to now drive through rush hour traffic, then drive back to Tampa afterward and that I have already lost more money with having to cancel a cleaning, I'm told that's the nature of movingHow can you treat people this way? Is this truly how you treat your customers? I told the manager that this type of service was upsetting and that I was shocked that this is how you treat your customers!
