Moriches Vision Care

Review: a long story....back in May 2014 I went to Moriches Vision (due to my coverage with my job) and they made lenses and I picked out frames...paid my copay and put the rest on my credit card around 400.00. when they came in I refused them they where like coke bottles and [redacted] told me it was because of the frames I pick and the insurance company they have to go through...so I said I just need to see can you credit my credit card back he said no but would work a deal with me. that he would keep the frames in exchange of taking my prescription and putting it through his lense company. they would be much smaller so I used my old frames and here then called me when they where ready to be picked up...could not see out of them..I kept going back they kept adjusting them like about 5 times, they said I would have to get use to them...when it was the same prescription I had in the glasses I was using..so I did not under stand why I would have to get use to them. Any way...they the frame broke (probably due to them adjusting and bending them) so I was so fed up with them, I picked up the broken glasses ...they said they could not order the part for the frames and I did not want to put more $$ into a pair of glasses that I already new I could not see out of. on 1/**/15 [redacted] told me never to come to his office again. that he was not doing anything for me. I also called my insurance company ref them through out all of this.Desired Settlement: Would like a total refund that is on my credit card. They can have the lenses back. I had to go to another eye glass place and spend another 400.00 and they checked the lenses said that its the way they are made to thick of lense and the middle is made different that is why I can not see out of them. on 1/**/15 I called [redacted] (the [redacted] ) and explain this to him and he said he could only adjust them again ...can not give money back and would not give the frames I paid for to me.
