Contacted customer Monday morning on 6/29/and made arrangements to have a loaner vehicle dropped off at his location and pick up his vehicle for repairs.The molding that we had ordered was damaged in shipping so we sent a driver to pickup another moldingWe installed wheel molding, performed the oil change serviceDetailed the vehicle and filled with fuel at no cost to the customerContacted customer and agreed to give him a check for $for the front bumper paint concern.We had the vehicle delivered back to the customers location on Tuesday morning 6/30/and picked up the loaner vehicle

Lifters rarely have issue without some sort of warning or symptoms.If the car was thoroughly inspected the first time they would of notice the ticking of a lifter going badIf not a complete refund I would resolve the matter at a 50% refund,

I was offered two months worth of payments which I refused My initial asking was for vehicle repayment or months of payments I mentioned however, that if an extended warranty was added to the two months, I would consider year 24,mile extended warrantyMy reasoning for refusing:Throughout this entire process FCA/Moritz has proven to be untrustworthy Everyone commits to doing something but never follows though.....bad business practices!!! During my Mar3rd conversation with ***, Chryslers regional representative, he assured me he would follow up but never did I called him several times and still no contact Instead, [redacted] called and made the offer

Chrysler has sent the check to Mr *** for the agreed upon amount

To whom it may concern:I have spoken to *** *** and have made arrangements to pick his vehicle up on Monday and bring it back to the dealershipWe will send the vehicle through our shop along with inspecting itWe will also give him a reimbursement check of I will follow up with you

At this time, Moritz Chevrolet does not believe a refund is dueThe lifter had not collapsed at the time the vehicle was in our possessionIf it were, we would have advised the customer of the needed repairWe could not have for seen what was going to happen in the future

We are working with FCA and the customer to resolve this to customers satisfaction

Mr *** has been working with FCA's area manager and FCA has agreed to reimbursing car payments and giving Mr *** a service contract.We are waiting on the Area Manager to submit the required paper work

We contacted Mr. [redacted] on 11/6/15. We agreed to pick up his vehicle and leave him a loaner car while his vehicle was being repaired.I informed Mr. [redacted] I would have some test drive his vehicle for several days after repairs were to competed to verify the problem was...

This is a very unfortunate situation. We did multiple repairs and maintenance items to the vehicle. What happened to the vehicle the day after being picked up is it had a lifter collapse. The lifter is something that is internal in the engine, which we were never in that area of the vehicle. It is...

something that no one did, the part just failed. If the customer would have talked about the interest with replacing the engine on the vehicle I would have been more than happy to assist in some pricing. At this time, Moritz does not believe a refund is due due to the repair work performed was not a result of the failure.
