Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/09/15) */ On January 23, we sent proposals to [redacted] One for barn roof, one for house roof and one for gables, siding and fascia boards on barnAt that time she wanted us to redo the proposals to include gutters and downspouts not soffits and fasciaOn January 26, we send revised proposalsDidn't hear anything from [redacted] On April 30, 2014, we contacted her again and told her we wanted to look at the roofing projects and wanted to meet herThen on July 20, she contacted us and wanted to know addresses of the roofing projects we have done so she could pick out a color for her roofOn July 21, we sent her addresses and at that time told her we were looking at the 3rd week in AugustOn October 16, she contracted us and finally told us that she wanted to go with Brilliant White color and she had other questions about the metal roofing We completed the sq of roofing on house and sq of roofing on barnWork premises was inspected after completed and everything was left clean as possible due to all the stuff all around barn and couldn't get close enough to clean properlyWe were paid for the roofing on the barn and the roofing on the house that was completed on 11/24/On December 20, 2014, we were contacted by [redacted] stating that she would like to have her fascia and gables on barn completed if we were looking for workOn January 2, we contacted her back and stated yes we are interested in doing her project on the barn but the weather hasn't been decent enoughOn January 12, we were contacted that the roofing project that was completed in November wasn't completed correctly and was leakingOn January 13, we contacted her back stating we would be there on Saturday or Sunday to inspect the roof and where it was leakingAt that time, we went back and resealed pipe on the roof and we did not use shingles to repair itWe did not tear any siding off barn it was like that when we installed barn roof
