The original service call on 9/19/showed no problems in the well system & no pressure loss in the house at the time of inspection.I gave them a copy of their well record, went over the entire system and answered all their well related questions.The existing pump was years old and they asked for an estimate to replace it, then scheduled to have that done on 09/20/17.Spoke to her on 10/2/regarding this complaint and offered to look at the system again for no charge and she declined
