Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I had made the appointment prior to the speaking with the managerI ask the manager if they would look at my Jeep and tell me if the it was going to be warranty and he said that I would be charged a diagnostic fee if they deemed it not warrantyI did not keep the appointment because I can no longer trust that they have my best interest in mindI will no longer be dealing with MorlanI was told by the manager to take my vehicle elsewhere when we spoke on the phone Sincerely, [redacted]

MrsAnderson left her jeep here without a scheduled appointment. So, with out an scheduled appointment, it is no different than parking the vehicle at a parking lot like "Wal-Mart". As she was leaving, my service advisors told her it was going to rain. (I have witnesses to
this) Her response to them was to pull the plugs so it would drain. Which tells me, she didn't care if it was left outside. She also brought us a vehicle that had drivability issues. The vehicle did not have the doors on it and my service department did not want to drive a vehicle with drivability issues without the doors attached for safety issues. The top she is referring to is made to stay out in inclement weather and should not have stretched. I spoke to the manufacturer of the top and they said if it filled with water and stretched, it was not installed properly. We did not install the top. We have agreed to do any work for her at a discounted labor rate to try to help her out

The ***'s did indeed purchase a vehicle from us. The $dollars they gave us was for a money down and not a deposit, so it was not able to be refunded. They took delivery and during the delivery, we were told we didn't have to worry about repairing the wheels. I'm happy to
pay for a new weather stripping around the door if they are willing to pay for the labor to install it to fix the leak, although we are not required to do so. The attached documents will show that the vehicle was sold "AS-IS" with out any warranty. Also, we the dealer had to pay $dollars to get the loan bought due to poor credit of the purchaser. That document is also enclosed to reflect the expense involved with selling this customer. The area had a infestation of lady bugs that was beyond our control. As for the oil indicator and the ABS light, again the vehicle was sold "AS-IS".Regards,*** ***Morlan Chrysler

We researched this incident multiple times and the mechanic was positive he did not curb the wheel of Mr ***'s truck. Mr *** has no proof that the damage was done at our dealership. With the way his truck is set up he could drive over a 2" curb and damage the wheels that he has on
his truck and not know about it. We are willing to pay for 50% of his wheel he wants to replace, even thouigh we are not accepting fault for this damage. The only reason is to show our good faith and try to make a customer happy. Regards, *** ***The "Rude" General Manager
