This car had a small door ding and a damaged tail light that we agreed to fix. We scheduled it with *** *** and the customer took it there and had it fixed and picked it up on Apr19. The damage on the back bumper happened after they picked it up. The owner of *** ***
told us that there was no damage on the bumper when they picked it up and that the car had the original bumper on it when it was at *** ***. The bumper got damaged after it was picked up and was probably parking lot damage or something of this nature. There is no reason their insurance should not cover this
