Mr. [redacted] is an elderly gentle who bought an escape. We have 5 forms signed he agreed with the deal along with a bank contract. He came in and was upset with the difference, so I reduced the difference down by $9,000. He said that he did...
not sign a credit card slip, but we do have that on file that he did do this. We redid all of his paperwork, paid off his old car, reduced it by $9,000 and he resigned the contracts. He was fine, and had the car for about 10 days. After we reduced it $9,000 and did all of the changes, he agreed to everything. He was in and making several sexual comments to our female staff and ended up grabbing one of the breasts of one of our female staff. We worked with him and did everything we could. We have been here 30 years and we don't want our name ruined.
