Mrs*** joined our program on 05/09/ Her highest weight reading was 213.6lbs (5/16/17) and her lowest reading was 193.4lbs (6/13/17), effectively losing 20.2lbs in less than a month This falls well within the 1/2lb-1lb per day expectation we promote Mrs***
continues to falsely claim that we use HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) in our program even after repeatedly told that we don't This claims stems from Mrs*** finding similar patches on the internet, however, these are not the patches we use as ours are programmed with different frequenciesShapemasters does not take well to threats or blackmail Mrs*** told us she will file multiple claims with different agencies and negative social media posts and/or reviews unless we refunded her I told Mrs*** via email that I would like to meet with her to discuss her claims and accusations as her comments and emails showed she had been misinformed I never received a response or call (gave her my personal cell #) Shapemasters provided all of the services that were promised and never misled or misguided Mrs*** Mrs*** was also having good results on the program and voluntarily quit after she erroneously thought we were using HCGI also never received a request for our data that we used to compile our statistics Now that Mrs*** has left us multiple negative reviews, filed a fraudulent chargeback with her credit card company, and continues to put out negative and information about our company, we will not be issuing a refund under any circumstances I did process the refund request on 08/04/but it was denied as it didn't meet our refund policy

They have not provided research required by the Revdex.com's Code of Advertising guidelines - specifically "clinical trials & dates, FDA approval & testimonials were needed in their substantiation of molecular changes of shrinking unwanted fat cells,permanently." as they advertised in both the Raleigh NC and Folsom CA newspapers.They also haven't responded to the fact that the contract they made me sign does not comply with state law, specifically CC Civil Code - which makes the contract null and void and subject to up to three times damages (now that it's obvious the violation is willful)
