My first order was totally messed up The quality control was terrible I had a foil accent surrounding an embossed phone number and half of the cards weren't matched up, so the embossed text was in the wrong place In addition, the embossed text should have been printed in white but it was printed in black, even though they tell you to provide a black photoshop image of where you want it to be embossed I thought the Cameleon Metalic and Pearl paper would be awesome as well based on the photo and description Boy was I wrong! The cards were extremely thin and quite unprofessional looking I contacted Morningprint and told them of the production error and they did offer to replace the cards This time, I chose the "Heavy Nouveau" type premium paper because I wanted something that wasn't as thin as a piece of paper Even this paper came out quite thin The ink is washed out and not vibrant at all The cards feel cheap and the thickest stock available on their site! Having spent nearly $for just business cards, I will never deal with this company again Their products are low quality and misleading

BEWARE!
I received cards that are
(i)badly bent so that they curve up like a out-of-shape paraboloid when laid on table, and
(ii)badly trimmed such that printed color card edges come off intermittently, revealing uneven streaks of white (i.e., paper stock color), and
(iii)have round corners that are kind of faceted instead of smooth
Specs: Heavy Nouveau Paper, Full-color double-sided, Raised Ink(single-sided), Rounded Corners
This is not a big dealI was disappointed but not angry

All I asked for was for their reassurance that (i) and (ii) are glitches and will not occur for future prints, or that they are limitations due to selected stock and finishing options
If it is the latter, I asked for suggestions on alternative card stock so that such artifacts will not occur, and also requested that such limitations should be written on the website

The reason why I am writing now is solely because of the Horrifying Customer Service that kept insisting that there was no technical error on their part
Asked me to recheck my print files (which are perfectly alright and verified by them before print)
Finally admitted that the card bending could be due to high temperature during the Raised Ink process, and attributed the bad trim to the fact that I am doing full color prints on both sides
In the end, they still insisted that these are not technical errors on their part and refuse to satisfy the basic [All I ask for] as detailed above

At first I thought, wow! This place sure have an amazing selection of cards at such a low price, so I ordered some samples just to be sure and was very impressed by them! Cheap AND good quality cards? This must be magic! But it all turned out to be a DIRTY TRICK. This place is absolutely terrible both in terms of service and quality. My cards were printed wrong because of their confusing instructions and they call it MY MISTAKE even though I made the instructions of what needs to be done pretty obvious on my notes, they clearly did not check my notes. To top it off, they "generously" offer to reprint for "half the price" when it is actually 80% of the price I've already paid for! They sure have a way of twisting the situation. I asked for a refund but they refused to do so and continuously state that this is my mistake.. *clap clap clap..* To be honest I let it go because the quality of the cards were TRASH ANYWAYS. They looked CHEAP, THIN AND TERRIBLY TRIMED! Nothing like the samples I saw, so why would I want to make the same MISTAKE AGAIN?

are unable to compensate for client's stock choice especially when the stock is
clearly shown on the website with pictures and accurate description.

offered on the website to check out the stock prior to ordering.

for stock selection, we extended a free sample kit to this client as well as

Review: Here is a detailed account of my experience and subsequent dissatisfaction with Morning Print.

I initially ordered from Morning Print as they described themselves as a premium supplier of customized business cards. I looked around their site and made a design using their template accordingly.

When going through the purchase process I chose 3 custom options.

First was the material “YUPO” which is supposed to be durable synthetic paper as described on their site. While I do note that they are difficult to rip, they bend easier than normal paper. From being in my hand the cards developed noticeable creases which made them look like I had made them with my home printer, obviously a sign of unprofessionalism. Unfortunately this is just the tip of the ice berg.

Second was the rounded edges, I prefer a clean rounded edge. I feel that it looks more finished and aesthetically pleasing than a sharp edge. I feel that it gives the idea that your business pays attention to the details. With details in mind, I was appalled when I took my first look at these business cards. All of the edges were cut differently, some included sharp mis-cuts, others were misshapen to the point that I don't feel that it would be an exaggeration to say that someone cut these cards with a pair of scissors by hand.

Third was the front and back design. The specific option I chose on Morning Print's website was “4/1” which means that the front is full color and the back is black and white. I uploaded two different designs. For the front, my actual business card in full color, and on the back black and white social media Icons for my company. What I received was completely different. It was the same design (what was supposed to only be on the front side of the card) on both sides in color. Which leads to the conclusion that Morning Print used the same color design for both sides instead of using two individual designs.Desired Settlement: I want the money that I deserve back. After reaching out to them they rudely denied me anything except for a half off coupon on my next order. This is terrible business. NOT ACCEPTABLE

Review: I ordered business cards online from Morning Print.

On the proof that you must ok, the spacing was perfect and the print looked great

On the product that came, it looks as if the crads were put into the paper cutter wrong because the wording on the left side of the card is less than 1/32nd of an inch from the edge of the paper, in my proof the words on the left edge are 1/4 of an inch from the edge. For this problem there standards (which they emailed me say there is a 10% margin of error in printing, this would mean that the words on the left edge should be no closer to the edge than .225 of an inch.

The second part of my problem is that in the proof the white ink looks very clear and vibrant in the proof, and in the final print of my business cards, you can't even read the company name. I cannot use these business cards and I have contacted the company twice asking for their help and all they offered me was 10% off my next order.Desired Settlement: I would like Morningprint to reprint my order, that should be much less expensive to them than having to refund my full amount.

Review: I ordered business cards after many emails with Morning Print. The cards came and were not useable as they are on very flimsy paper which I would not even call plastic. This information was not shared with me. When I contacted the company, they refused to give me a refund or a new order. They are not upfront about their products and informative about information. Also, they do not deliver good customer service nor do they stand by their product. I refuse to do business with a company like this.Desired Settlement: I have requested a replacement or a refund.

Review: I ordered business cards from morningprint.com

I received no confirmation email, receipt, proof or any communication at all after ordering.

The cards arrived misprinted upside down.

I contacted the company and was offered a reprint but would have to cover the shipping again which I declined the offer and requested they cover the shipping as I had no opportunity to inform their decisions on print orientation.

No communication has followed. I've reached out several times with no results.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement printing of the business cards that I ordered along with the shipping charges covered by morning print. If this something they are not interest in, I would like a FULL refund for both shipping and printing costs that were charged.

Horrible quality of printed business cards and lack of commitment to resolve customer complaint. On their website, burried deep, they have all sorts of explanations as why they won't be able to get your order correct. But, the end result is that despite reviewing their descriptions carefully, I ended up with a pack of cards embarrassingly too thin and cheap looking. The colors are so faded that it looks like a completely different card than I ordered. They print it in South Korea and that creates another hurdle to get issues resolved with CS in Irvine, CA. I don't even know who owns or runs the company. But, it's not up to par to USA quality in product or commitment to customer satisfaction. It's sad but true.
