Review: On Thursday I called morning star travel to get a price quote for plane's ticket to Vietnam. I was told the price was $1250. I agreed and asked the agent to hold the ticket for me so that we could stop by Saturday to pay for the ticket. The company's policy is that they can hold the ticket for any customer at that given price for three days. If the customers still want to purchase the ticket at the given price, then they have three days to pay, or else the price would change accordingly.

On Saturday's around 12:00 h we drove 60 miles to pay for the ticket, have the visa made, an obtain the iternary. When we arrived at Morning Star Travel, the agent said that the price was no longer $1250, it is now $1380. Of course we disagreed, but they said that they can't help us because the ticket's price fluctuates everyday. If that's the case, then they shouldn't have reserve our tickets for three days. If the price changes everyday, then they should have told us from the begin or at least call us to tell us the price has changed to $1380, and it is no longer $1250.

Morning Star Travel did not honor the price as their policy was written, that is to hold the ticket at the quoted price for three days. Please check into this matter.
