Review: Made reservation via the Internet at Hotel Morningside Inn 2[redacted] United States Tel: ###-###-#### Fax: ###-###-#### [redacted]From 11/**/2013 to 11/**/2013 will pay U.S. $ 129.00 daily will including internet and TV to the confirmation e-mail I received from the hotel, [redacted] manager informed me that I should give the credit card at check in.During my stay the hotel did not provide neither TV nor Internet and check out what I found was debited from my credit card a daily U.S. $ 170.00, when he said that the SR value was wrong. [redacted] was aggressive and intimidated me with its huge size.Please only want to pay the combined.Desired Settlement: I ask that we do the chargeback invoice with the Master card and enter the correct amount of the charge .
