I had them out at the end of March to fix a leak that was coming from my main floor bathroom into the basementWhen the guy got there, I told him I thought the leak was coming from the shower/bathtub areaHe looked around and said he thought it was from the toiletSo, he proceeded to rip apart the toilet and decided that it needed a new rubber sealWhich he didn't haveSo, he proceeded to traipse around town to multiple stores to try to find this piece (all while my toilet is still in pieces and I'm taking time off work)He finally returns and puts the toilet back together, and tells me the problem is fixed and there should be no more leak I call them back a few days later and tell them, regardless of what the first guy said, there's still a leakSo, they send another guy overThis guy proceeds to look around at my bathroom and the basement and tell me that there's no leak, and that what I'm seeing must be condensation or somethingI was starting to think I was crazy, but whateverIf the professional plumber told me everything was fine and there was no leak, there must not have been a leak, right? I paid my $bill and forgot about it Well, I lived in the house for about another month before moving out of townI'm getting ready to sell the house, and have an inspector looking through it before the saleAnd, can you guess what they found? A leak into the basement AND the toilet (you know, the one the guy had all in pieces in order to fix) is loose I try to call Morningside Plumbing, since I've already had people try to come find this leak TWICE, and there's no way the toilet should be loose after only having been used by mostly just one person for about a month after being repairedThey tell me it's not their problem, and want to charge me ANOTHER service call and parts to come look at it AGAINNo, thank youI'll try another plumber who might be able to fix it right the first timeAnd, I'll tell everyone I know to avoid your company like the plague
