RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Only we communicate with the counselor [redacted] when they request it paper work and questions they need it from my son, he said that he will be able to do everything and have my son there by April 1st, this was a couple of weeks prior, never heard from anybody till I starting calling on the 29th, they never told me that my son was not accepted or that he did not get the grant, they need to treat people better, they never gave any referral of another place till after the fact when I spoke to the manager of the place and he was very apologetic and I told him that his apology was not enough, specially what kind of counsellors go on vacation without even getting in touch with the person in need of help, I thought they supposed to help people this to me shows me the opposite.
