sent digitally via email as well as by United States Postal Service ([redacted]) as part of our standard $85 service price. Priority mail via [redacted], etc. is separately available for an additional cost depending on shipping location. In completion process of [redacted]'s case, Morningside was informed on October [redacted] that hard copies of a completed evaluation had been mailed to an undesired location (The [redacted] was initially indicated as the shipment address on her evaluation request form, which can be provided upon request) rather than the following address provided later on in the process. This location is in China:[redacted]Upon immediate realization of the discrepancy, hard copies were sent via [redacted] to the Chinese address listed above on October [redacted]. We were contacted again on the [redacted] regarding the availability of a tracking number. As the United States Postal Service does not provide tracking numbers for First Class mail, we informed [redacted] that this is not information we can provide. We then offered the services of [redacted], which resulted in this customer complaint. Furthermore, the information contained in an "Academic Evaluation" for a foreign national does not include information regarding date of birth, Social Security Number, or any other identifying piece of information that might jeopardize [redacted]’s privacy. As such, we are requesting that this case be resolved with no action needed from our end. It remains our position that all attempts were made in good faith to correct any oversight on the shipment of hard copies of our service. We do not believe we should be held accountable for delays in the [redacted] attempting to deliver mail to China. If there is more information I can provide, please let me know.Best,[redacted]

Review: I have paid for my document translation and shipment, but they send my document to the wrong address at the first time. This disturb all my work plan, irritate me and cause my privacy disclosure. They promise to sent my document to the correct address for free, but a month later I still not receive it. Then I ask for the tracking number to follow the shipment. But they reject to provide tracking number and told me to pay for the second resending. They let my privacy disclosure twice time and delay my work process more than one month. More over I still not receive my documents till now and need to pay for the resend. I show you the email details as below.

1. "I would like to change the mail address, please don't mail documents to the original mail address for the moment. I will send you the new address. " I emailed them this information on * Oct at 10:16 China time.

2. "This case will remain on hold until we receive the new address information. Please be sure to reference case number [redacted] in all future correspondence." They give me this feedback on * Oct at 22:15 China time.

3. "Apologize for the delay and thanks for your patience. Please do not mail documents to any address, just send a soft copy by e-mail to me, and you can do with my case form now on." I told them that just email the soft copy to me without sending documents to any address on ** Oct at 00:16 China time.

4. [redacted] is confirming receipt of your email. Your case will be processed in accordance with the processing time you requested. If there are issues that need to be discussed relating to your request, a Morningside case manager will contact you. ” I could not get any information form their words that they will send my documents to the original address, but actually they send my documents to the original address without notifying me. This disturb all my work plan and irritate me.

5. "I apologize for the miscommunication. We’re happy to mail the original evaluation to the address below at no extra cost" [redacted] give me this feedback on ** Oct at 23:23 China time.

6. "You have mail my original evaluation to my Chinese address on [redacted] Oct. But I do not receive it until now, would you please send me the track number?" I emailed them this information on ** Nov at 13:49 China time to ask for the track number because I still not receive my document one month later.

7. "The documents were sent via [redacted]. As such, there is no tracking number.If the documents do not arrive by the end of the month, please let us know" They give me this feedback on ** Nov at China time.

8. "You have mail my original evaluation to my Chinese address on [redacted] Oct. But I do not receive it until now, would you please check for [redacted] and give me feedback. " I emailed them at the end of the month.

9. "Our records indicate that these documents were sent to the requested address on October [redacted]. Given that these were sent via Standard [redacted] shipping procedures, there is no available tracking information. If you would like for us to resend these documents to you, there will be a $25.00 charge for printing and postage." They give me feedback that no tracking information, and I need to pay for resending fee.

10. “Should you have any questions or concerns regarding [redacted] (tracking numbers, shipping times, etc) we recommend you contact them directly. If you would like a reprint of the documents you will have to pay for this service.” After the negotiation, they give me this response.Desired Settlement: Resend my document for free and they must overcompensate for my loss and my privacy disclosure.
