This is the basis of our complaint with the Revdex.com regarding the assisted living facility Morningstar at Arrowhead and the reason that it is important to us to make the public aware of statements made by the management, sales and medical staff (nurse) that have proven to be false.We like many families had never had to look into assisted living for a loved one We had many questions and concerns as anyone should when having to make this decision When we toured Morningstar at Arrowhead (which is a very beautiful facility) and met with the “sales/management” staff, the nurse who assess your loved one, as well as Ken Jaeger (the owner who tells a great Christian story) we were told that they would be able to handle the needs of our Mother from that point until the end of life This could be a true statement if your loved one has not lost any mobility, is aware of the medications they take and when to take them and are not in need of oxygen For these reasons, and many more this facility has lost staff at an amazing rate as well as many residents

Living community, not a Skilled Nursing Facility. While both care models are regulated by the Department of Health, with lines clearly drawn as to who we, as an assisted living community, can accept as a resident. The undisputed goal for all involved is find the residence that best serves the senior’s needs. Your mother is seen as happy and content in our Arrowhead community. We sincerely hope your family can regain confidence in our care and affection for her.
