Good Morning, this is Jacob H[redacted] with Midwestern Medical Supply. We received notification of a complaint last month while I was in Florida. The customer in question, Mr [redacted] was mailed a refund check minus our shipping cost and 10% Restocking (we pay 25% of our purchase price plus shipping to...
the Manufacturer upon return) 3 days after his return which was never cashed. We are not sure if he didn’t reveive it or wouldn’t cash it. He has since done a charge back so we have to pay the 25% restocking fee and the original $92 shipping on a $498 Stand Assist Lift to the manufacturer while he gets a full refund and no responsibility for ordering a nonreturnable item that he couldn’t use or that it was something else. We also have a phone system that blocks repeat callers and after checking his number on the order the reason he couldn’t get through is because he had been screened as a solicitor because of repeat calls in a row.
