Never heard of such a thing; however, they did not keep me in that loop as stated I had to call after several weeks to find out where my order was Again, it seems VERY ODD that the shipment was actually sent via [redacted] the day AFTER I called I have attached two emails from Morningstar One is giving me shipping updates - nowhere does it mention the order was returned from the original shipper! I would like to see proof of this The second is from [redacted] himself, which was pretty mean He suggests I send back the turf, he refunds my shipping.........that will work; however I will NOT be traveling to Arizona to pick up ANYTHING from this company!

This client contacted us in July 2012, it took her almost years to make her decision and then wanted to place her order right before Christmas and is complaining that the freight took longer She also was well aware that the order was custom and would take some time to cut wrap and roll and package I can't help her because she has her turf, has it installed and has advertised how great it is!! Now she wants her money back without returning the goods It is a typical Florida scam artist

As far as I can see, the "Business" did not offer any resolution but called me a scam artist instead I don't think it should matter how long it took for me to make up my mind about the product before purchasing I also did not post anything about how great the product was I am not asking for a refund of the product charges, I am requesting a refund of the shipping charges since it was not shipped as promised and I was lied to about the actual shipping date There was no issue regarding delays in shipping (once it was shipped it only took days to arrive) I was told there were multiple shippers, which I cannot see via the *** tracking They did not ship the product when promised and lied to me about when it was indeed shipped I still request the $I paid for shipping to be refunded to me I have *** tracking stating the original shipping date was 1-17-14; I contacted Morningstar on the 16th inquiring where the turf was because it was suppose to arrive the first week of January, but did not; and I also have emails from Morningstar stating it was shipped on December 30th This is FALSE I want my shipping charges refunded!!!

My complaint is NOT with [redacted].  Once it was finally given to [redacted] for shipment, it only took 7 days to arrive.  The problem is that Morningstar turf DID NOT ship the product as promised and in fact, lied to me about when it was shipped.  It was shipped some time AFTER it was suppose to have been received, hence the reason for me checking up on it.  This WAS NOT A DELAY WITH SHIPPING....IT WAS A DELAY WITH THE COMPANY SHIPPING IT OUT!  
The following is copied and pasted directly from my email from Morningstar turf.  She states the shipment was picked up by [redacted] on 12/30/13 but according to [redacted] tracking
#[redacted], it was not shipped until 1/17/14  .Morningstar Turf lied and did not fulfill our "contract".  I still want my shipping fees refunded!!!

   I hope you had a good weekend, I am emailing you to update you on your order. The order is still on track to be delivered this week for you. I did get an update on Saturday that it is still on track.  Please note the trucking companies are closed today for Martin Luther King Day. You still have not told me the date it was shipped.  [redacted] knew at the time of the order how much I was ordering so he should have taken that into account when he shipped it if the "small order" made a difference in shipping time.

Well, "tomorrow morning" came and went.  Did you ever come up with the original shipping date?  
  
I have to say, for actually speaking to [redacted] personally regarding when I needed this shipment to arrive, I am extremely disappointed in this transaction!  To expect (and be told) that I would get this the FIRST week of January.......and here it is the 17th already and no turf.  On top of that, the response (or lack thereof) when I have contacted your company is totally unprofessional.  I could understand a mishap or late response once but over and over again????  :-(

  I will have the final tracking number once it switched from an internal tracking number to an external. Usually that is about 2-3 days before delivery, once it is on with the final shipper. When it switched trucking companies we only can track it internally. I will look it up to see when it was originally shipped out and I will get back to you. This client contacted us in July 2012, it took her almost 1.5 years to make her decision and then wanted to place her order right before Christmas and is complaining that the freight took longer.  She also was well aware that the order was custom and would take some time to cut wrap and roll...

and package.  I can't help her because she has her turf, has it installed and has advertised how great it is!!  Now she wants her money back without returning the goods.  It is a typical Florida scam artist

OK so we shipped this order out, it got returned we shipped it again and all this during the Christmas time.  We all know that shipping anything during Christmas time there are delays, in fact the news was asking or rather telling us to ship our gifts on Dec7th to ensure the overloaded freight systems can guarantee the freight gets there by Christmas.
Unfortunately in the freight industry once you sign for the delivery you are accepting the terms and conditions of that carrier and you cannot negotiate the bill or time frames.  Same as if you check out of a hotel without searching the bill, you will get stuck with whatever charges occurred.  
Yes we had a problem with the shipping and had to take this off of a LTL shipping company and ship it [redacted].  As the Email stated we kept the client very well informed as to the delay and acted upon it promptly.  There were no surprises with this order nor the shipping delay, but now after she received the goods, she wants a discount of freight.  We never shipped them with a guarantee delivery and especially with the Holidays we don't guarantee shipment dates only give estimates.
I told the client that the time to act upon getting a discount from [redacted] has come and gone and we kept her in the loop as to the delays from the onset.  I can't turn back the clock nor change her mind post haste 
Best answer we have is "Sorry it is what it is"  She should have expressed her concerns prior to signing for the goods
She did receive the goods and commented on how great the grass was and this is a freight issue NOT a Morningstar Turf issue, in fact Morningstar Turf did everything to get her the products faster with [redacted] rather than the original freight carrier

There were complications in scheduling with their rental schedule and the weather, we issued them a refund already, this is a false claim

We ordered turf from this company in March of 2014 and was told that the product would ship the next week on a time sensitive project. After being told that the product had shipped by both Morningstar and their supplier, they were unable to provide our office with a Bill of Lading. In the end, the product was never shipped, we were forced to cancel the order and purchase from another company to complete our project on time. We were told by Marc Morningstar that we would receive a refund of our order and have seen nothing yet three months later. Morningstar turf will not answer our phone calls or emails requesting our refund. We have been forced to seek legal council to get our money back from this untrustworthy company. In short, they took our money and will not give it back. I do not recommend that you use this company, there are several other suppliers who will not lie to you and steal your money.

We chose this company to install our turf and we were extremely happy with results

The service is on the list to get done and is aware of that and we have been in contact with him.  Our services are within the first year, his job is not that old, maybe a month.  Summertime schedules get busy and we have no committed to a time to meet him and have him aware that he is on...

the schedule.  Don't know what more we can do???

All of our terms and conditions are posted online.  Sometimes freight gets delayed and there is nothing I can do.  I never agreed to refund freight charges

I had artifical turf installed through Morningstar Turf. After several years, I noticed unusual wear on my turf and I contacted the company. I was told that it was a manufacturer warranty issue due to product failure. However, after I was told this I was never able to get them to follow through on replacement my turf. The owner/manager won't even take my calls or repond to my repeated messages. This companies customer service is horrible. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I have spoke to [redacted] a few times and he is on the schedule for services and no timeframe was promised or given, it goes in chronological order and he will be up for service in next couple weeks.
