I order a dress online from Morpheus boutique, and after month of not hearing from them, I started to try to get someone from that place to see what was happening, finally after many e mails and phone calls they acknowledge me, and I just got the dress last week, months, anyway the dress was advertised as teal in color, well I got an emerald green, even the picture was teal, what a dissapointment, I now have to rush to look for another dress from somewhere else, because emerald green does not go with my daughter s beach wedding in Barbados, which is the [redacted] of July Revdex.com: At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding Morpheus Boutique has been resolved (By clicking "OK", your complaint will be closed as Resolved.) Although, it took over two months for Morpheus to ship my order and once it arrived, the size is not correct.  The size chart they provide does not match with the items they sent.  I will never order from this place again!  Now I'm stuck with items I can't wear and I dont dare to send them back because it would probably take another two months for them to reply!

Review: I ordered a couple of items from Morpheus boutique and it's been almost three weeks and I have not received anything nor they have answered my messages. I called and all I get is a recording. I will never order from this place again.Desired Settlement: If I don't receive my items in the next week or so. I want this place to refund the money they already took from my account!

Although, it took over two months for Morpheus to ship my order and once it arrived, the size is not correct. The size chart they provide does not match with the items they sent. Review: This company takes days to respond to requests. By the time they responded I was already filing a dispute with [redacted]. I returned the dress to their China address as they requested and per [redacted] it was signed for on 8/**. When I finally received an email response they told me I was upgraded to refund status and receive it when item was returned. It has been, I have continuously made contact with them, finally someone respondedvfrom their [redacted] site after many attempts through email and their online account messaging. She gave me store credit and I have stated I do not want store credit. I want my money returned through [redacted]. They have not been forthright in the return address they gave [redacted] either, which wS Canada. I have filed a claim with [redacted] because their site doesn't reflect that it was received yet, however they are filing the claim to update this because the delivery in China reflects the delivery. They know it has been refunded in the new condition they request to get your money back. I get read receipts but no response. I just want my money returned.Desired Settlement: Want a refund to my [redacted] account.

Review: I ordered a dress from their website for my sister's wedding that's in two months. The dress is portrayed to be a teal color online which is the perfect color for my maid of honor dress. Upon receiving the dress, I found out that it is a bright emerald green; the dress pictured and advertised online is teal. Wanting to return the dress I called the business. However, they never answer their phones. I have been calling for weeks, multiple times a day and to no success. The website claims to answer emails within 24 hours; this is also not the case. The three emails I sent were responded with automated emails and the fourth one I sent was not answered at all.Desired Settlement: I would like the business to email or call me so that I may speak with someone. I want to speak with someone so that I can return the dress and get a refund. I do not want to exchange the dress or replace it with another item using store credit. I am really frustrated with the lack of customer service from this business.

Review: I placed an order with this company on 11/**/14. I had no idea until 5 email later inquiring about my order and why it was taking so long. I was being told that the processing center was processing the order. I finally received a tracking number on 12/**/14. That was the day I found out my order was coming from their factory in China. I finally received my order on 12/**/14 , after looking through the bag I immediately repackaged and went back to the post office. I mailed the package back out the same day I received it. Then I emailed them to let them know I had returned their merchandise and wanted my money placed back on my [redacted] card. I received a few emails saying the order had not been received , that was over 2 weeks ago. I know that they have received the package and I want my money. I have sent them the tracking number and more emails the most recent was 12/**/14. The phone number for the New York location always goes straight to voice mail. This entire ordeal has been horrible, I feel like they have my $321.72 and there clothes and I have nothing. I want my money back, which I was told would not not be a problem. Now I have no money or clothing. I keep emailing but it's like I'm at their mercy, just want my money refunded back to my [redacted] and they never have to worry about me doing business with them ever again. Please help, Thank you[redacted]Desired Settlement: All I want from them is my [redacted] card refunded for the return of their merchandise.

Review: I am still waiting on items I have ordered 4 weeks ago and no one has gotten back with me to advise me of the status. I have placed an order on 7-**-2013 for some items that I have not receive, the money has been debited from my account and no one has gotten back with me. I have sent an email on 8-*-2013, 8-*-2103 and on 8-*-2013 [redacted] responded saying she will check into and she will respond back shortly. On 8-*-2013 I sent another email stating if she could not mail me my order to refund me back my money and as of today I still haven't heard back and I've called three times since then.Desired Settlement: $262.45

Review: I ordered a coat online from Morpheus Boutique on the [redacted] of July 2014. I have contacted them on 11 occasions asking for first the original product ordered, then a replacement item and finally when that did not come a full refund via [redacted]. While I have received emails saying they will refund my money I have not received the money and my last two emails were not answered. My order number is [redacted]?Desired Settlement: I would like a refund via [redacted] of $208.72 AUD which is what I paid for the item and shipping.
