Hi [redacted] ,I know about your situation and we strive on having our clients get exceptional customer service and resultsCurrently, we are #in [redacted] because of our amazing estheticians who pay attention to detail and want to give excellent results for their clientsOur estheticians were certified for [redacted] by [redacted] who developed the [redacted] technologyEveryone has their certifications on the wall in the [redacted] roomMy manager [redacted] tried to reach you several times to meet with her so you can discuss options and she asked if we could make an exception for you as well and I saw that in her email to you Since you prepaid for your applicators we gave you a generous discount since you were planning to do all of them which is the benefit of prepaying vspaying as you go As far as refunding your remaining applicators we had no problem issuing the credit It is policy to come in but we were happy to do it over the phone The pain you experienced can be part of the post treatment but we do give a very detailed packet as to what to expect Pre, During, & Post TreatmentFrankly, we haven't had a client experience the level of discomfort you have described but we of course wish you didn't experience this level of discomfort Our staff were the first to do [redacted] so they can let the clients know about their treatment and rewarding results Please feel free to contact me for anymore questions or concerns Also, if you already disputed charges towards your credit cards regarding treatment for Morphit then at this point we need to wait for the charge back letter If you are going to hold off in disputing charges on your credit card please email us at [redacted] and let us know so we can issue your credit for the unused treatments.Thank you!

*The response states that I am harassing the staff at Morphit That it incorrect I have sent no more than email a day to *** (manager) in response to her daily telephone calls I have not spoken or emailed any other staff member other than *** directly I have requested that we only correspond in writing I have received and have copies of the voicemail messages from *** stating that I will lose the discount and therefore not receive much of my funds back in the refund.To date I have not received a refund although I have provided the account information to ***.I have been out of the country with NO access to any communication for days and could not have contacted Morphit even once

We disagree with the client and have already tried to solve the issue numerous timesAs an owner $is more than generous considering that services were already used.We have over a 95% success rate and all of our estheticians are certified in coolsculpting and our other treatments

The owner did not see my results and I actually never met the ownerThe business does not even have "after" pictures of my treatmentI made an appointment to follow up and expected the manager to be there but she actually wasn'tThe only person that saw my me was their head aesthetician and she agreed with me that I would need additional treatments to fix the dents and bumps on my thighsAs for the second statement, It is completely incorrectFive years ago, I prepaid for a service at Morphit and on the day of my appointment they called me to cancel the treatment because they did not have the machine that they needed to use for the serviceThey couldn't tell me for sure when they will have the machine and when they will be able to perform my serviceI asked for a refund since the service wasn't done yet and they didn't have a machine to perform it.$is not sufficient because I already spent $at Morphit to fix the deformity in my thighs which was caused due to the coolsculpting treatment that they didThere is still deformity in my thighs and I have to spend additional money to hopefully be able to fix it

The following complaint goes back and forth with Morphit dating back to June 2016 with no resolution. Morphit stated they would retreat 3 times and retracted their position each time I was...

willing to comply with their resolution. See Below: In learning about Morphit on [redacted], I originally signed up to have 6 treatments for laser on my abdomen for fat reduction. When I called to make the appointment, the general manager, [redacted] suggested there are other treatments more effective and set a date for consultation. Upon arrival to the spa, [redacted] had me meet with a medical specialist (not sure of title) and raved how great Hanna was and how she worked with plastic surgeons and that another treatment would be more effective than the original I signed up for and purchased. I never met with [redacted] for any consultation. I met with Hanna and she did a consultation and gave a price for coolscuplting my abdomen area of $2600. Hanna said I will get a great result and that my area was not that bad, that I should return all the pants I bought prior to my consultation because I am going to lose a ton of weight with this procedure--cool sculpting. I asked what my result would be and Hanna indicated I would have a flat stomach. I was excited to hear the news and signed up. I got my first treatment in my lower abdomen. Since Hanna said it would be a great result of a flat abdomen, I decided to cool sculpt my upper abdomen which cost another $1300. I was told I would see results in 3 months’ time. My first treatment was on or about April 6th. It is now August 1st and I did not get the results they said I would get. [redacted] raved about her results and indicated that at the spa they never knew if a treatment would work and that this treatment -- coolscuplting is working and receiving great results. I had never been so happy to hear about such an outcome. I signed on and made my appointments and did what was necessary for the outcome they said I would attain. I even went on to sign up for another treatment to do my legs for $1000 because of how successful they said they were having with other clients. I see no change at all in the size of my abdomen nor a size in pants. Pictures are not an accurate representation due to lighting. Now looking back, taking actual measurements would be a realistic representation of an expensive spa treatment. Whem I didn’t get the result, I was told by [redacted] I should diet which I have been and she suggested I send her my eating plan. The purpose of the coolscuplting was to eliminate areas of the body with hard fat deposits. I made numerous calls to the spa about my service since treatment. They requested I go back to the spa and I did. I went back to the spa and was told by another woman that they would give me another treatment in my abdomen area for another $2000. I told them I don't have that kind of money to spend. I believe the spa service was a mis-representation from the get go. I originally signed up for a $170 service on [redacted] (A teaser of advertisement to get in the door; they still have the advertisement and mention the advertisement on their answering machine.) I was told other services would be more effective at time of call and consultation, and the service was not effective or what they told me. A $170 service turned into a $3900 service with not actual result. I don't think anyone would want to continue a service that does not work for another $1000. In speaking with [redacted] she indicated she would speak to the owner to have the service repeated. After looking at pictures which again are not a “true” representation (measurement are a true representation) they decided not to give me the service. When I expressed dissatisfaction [redacted] indicated they would take $500 off the $1000. I have since told them if the first time didn’t work, I wasn’t going to spend another $1000 for another package. In my quest to settle the dissatisfaction, I called and text the salon repeatedly throughout the month of July to find out if they will not honor the repeated service indicated by [redacted]. I have since requested the $500 back and I have contested the service with my credit card company for a full refund.
