Review: I applied on line to be finger printed for my Massage Therapy License at this location. The require payment first. I gave my credit card number for payment got my approval and acceptance made a copyThen I was allowed to make the scheduled appointment. Received code asked to put number on theForm from Consumer affairs. Went to appointment at required time, then told I have no appointment As my name not on the list and I would have to call said number [redacted]. Make another Appointment and pay amount again I forfeit my payment. I did everything right they made the mistakesAnd requiring said payment twice.They never answer the telephone on hold for hours I'm hostage to this system. They receive myMoney and I get no services. I followed all their rules as outlined on the website. They made this Same error with many of the clients in that office. I'm thinking it is a scam to get more moneyAnd no services rendered. I paid the amount of $ 67.50. No services were received told callThe number to no avail....If they are not scam artist then they must have a better system to accommodate individuals.This is the confirmation number I reviewed after all payments and schedule of appointment [redacted]. Then told to put on my form. No one would even try to assist me told to makeAnother appointment. Then pay with credit card again no accountability they just want more Money. How much do you pay before you receive services.Desired Settlement: Since I cannot speak with any one on the phone I do not feel safe making another payment As I never received any service. I would like my entire balance back no deductions as I did Nothing wrong. Went on time for scheduled appointment was was confirmed. If the service Of fingerprints cannot be performed please return my full amount.
