Review: I had a missing part from original mega morph suit order #[redacted]. My original order (placed on Aug 5th)did not have the battery pack that powers the blower in my suit. I emailed customer service on Aug 14th about the missing piece and was sent another blower( not the battery pack/power source). I emailed customer service again this past Monday the 26th and have not heard back. What can I do to get the right part?? The football parents at our school plan on using this suit to perform a skit on Sept 21st so time is starting to become a factor. My credit card has already been charged; should I stop payment until I receive the piece?? I need some type of direction on what is going to happen. They will not email me back.Desired Settlement: I just need the batterypack/power source for the suit so would either like that or a whole new/complete mega morph suit.
