Did a great job. Delivered 1 day early. Were responsive to questions. Left messages on when things were done or they could do things for less money.
My Subaru Outback has 10,000 so miles on it and is basically brand new. I was hit by *** from MN on 2/24/19 as he ran a red light and the damage is $19,XXX.XX. It has only ever had oil changes at Morrie's in Brooklyn Park. Spencer *** at Morrie's has admitted that other vehicles of higher priority will be going ahead of mine. After two months I still do not have my car and the last five weeks I have been told that it is still being welded together as this is a "large" job. Hopefully it will get to the paint shop next week as well, as I have been told that for the last five weeks. I spoke with Dillon the manager today on the phone who admitted that the ball has been dropped. When I asked when it will be done he could not promise me a date. I threw out Mother's Day weekend and he said he will try for it to be done then. I am not trying to be frustrated but why is it taking so long to work on a large project when you are an auto body shop? I want this job finished and Dillon told me that in the future complementary work can be done. Why?
We have been in communication with the customer to get the vehicle back to her as quickly as possibly it was a severely damaged vehicle that required many different areas of repair. She has been kept up to date every other day and on board with our plan for completion this week.
