Response received via e-mail to Revdex.com from [redacted] ***, General Manager: I did look into what we have done for Mrs [redacted] to date.Paid by Morrie’s Inver Grove Mazda and/or service contract:· total engine replacement· new battery· replaced fuel canister purge valve· replaced headlight bulb· replaced knock sensorAll of these items were promptly fixed at $expense to the customer We also provided a rental car for her during all repairs.She wanted to trade out of the car after all of the repairs had been completed and we were unable to secure a loan for her She explained that she had someone at Fury Motors who could help her since we she felt we didn’t know what we were doing

To Whom it may concern: Sorry for the delay in responding but this is the first noticed that I have received about this customer. Actually we resolved this issue earlier today, the extended warranty is covering the issue and we are reimbursing the customer for his deductible. As far
as the price discrepancy the car was always priced at the $and was not changed. My finance director talked to *** today and he is satisfied with the resolution. please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help. Sincerely,Pete ***###-###-####
