My view is that I tried for over a week to get in touch with the company,onlygetting voice mail that is when I contacted Revdex.com.I'm sure after the company got a noticefrom Revdex.com that is when, lake erie finally came back out,no communication, as to if they were coming out on that day,why? the work was done thenagain by someone else.If they had of just communicated.....told me we never close.....No calls back....If it had not been for Revdex.com they still would not have responded

services in a timely manner.  Initially it was advised to perform additional services, due to the condition of the roof, by allowing our professional contractors to perform additional work on a larger scale of the roof. This wasn’t financially feasible at the moment and your preference was our priority, which we then accommodated to your needs by sealing the leak. When the leak persisted, we returned and once again sealed the second leak at no additional charge.  While the cold season is upon us, and like you mentioned, “weather won’t wait,” any delay you felt was due to a high volume of customers, and our delegation of work was based on a sense of urgency and respect to each of our customers. We always communicated with you and still provided the same great service upon each visit. Yet, as it was stated before, Lake Erie did reach out to you multiple times to inform you of any delays was due to high traffic of previous customers. This is something that we pride ourselves on, and we uphold the values of our customers, and their time. I hope you understand that to be fair and consistent to each customer, service was owed to those ahead of you. Despite the high volume amount of traffic we received, we still made contact with you to inform you of this, as well as personally making a second visit upon the initial visit.
