Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/12/02) */ WE deal in used auto parts, and with that comes some risk for both party's.We warranty the parts for days with no labor or shipping cost included. We have been a family owned business for over years,we must be doing something right. We located this motor for this gentleman,a few days after he picked it up he called and said he didn't feel good about putting this motor in.I told him the party we got it from said it ran very good.A few days later he brought the motor back, along with a bag full of junk,I saw full rod bearings in the bag.I have been waiting for the response from the party I got the motor from, they inspected the motor and said all rod bearings were in place, and said those parts didn't come from there motor. So I feel he was treated fairly,he got the full purchase price for the motor back,we are out for shipping the motor back, and the other yard is also out for shipping. All this is from NOT FEELING RIGHT about the motor. We are a small business,in a rural area and need every customer we can get.We are sorry we can't provide the Walmart or target customer service but we do our best Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/12/02) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I don't believe morris autoI don't think the junk yard he got the motor from really checked to see if it was a good motorI think they were over confident in what they were selling, taking the chance that the motor was good and shiped it anyhowWe put a socket and wrench on the motor it wouldn't even turn overI think that I am entitled to a fool refundThank you! Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 10, 2015/12/09) */ The story keeps changing,The motor was a cavalier 2.2,the motors are the same 96-97/The oil pans are interchangeable to 2001.The motor was the right one,the party we received the motor from has it for sale again!Talking to mechanic's if that rod bearing was on the bottom of the pan the rod would have come out the side of the pan.I Believe the business we purchased the motor from, they have been in business longer than we have.A $penalty seems very fair to us for his inconsistency's

I am writing to you regarding the above-referenced complaint Please be advised of the following actions taken by LewisGale Hospital Montgomery in response to this complaint:1) On Thursday, August 4th, our Revenue Integrity Specialist contacted the patient to explain the billing issues and answer any further questions regarding the hospital bills.2) It is noted that the hospital did previously issue a refund to the patient’s Visa card, which the patient had not been aware of.3) In response to the original complaint and patient’s request, we are providing detailed, itemized bills to the patient.4) Finally, the hospit5al is providing a small gift of appreciation to the patient, as a gesture of goodwill. It is noted that the patient seemed satisfied with our actions taken to resolve the issues In the future, you may send prospective future complaints to the following individuals:

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was advised of a credit to the credit card because it was the method of payment but I would have actually preferred a check for the refund. The money credited was unable to be applied to the bills I had to pay (via check and a different credit card) as a result of the hospital's original billing error.  It doesn't seem possible to have the refunded amount given to me via check since the credit was already provided to the credit card. I am sending this response with the hope that something more could somehow be done about the refund the hospital has stated they've provided.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I don't believe morris auto. I don't think the junk yard he got the motor from really checked to see if it was a good motor. I think they were over confident in what they were selling, taking the chance that the motor was good and shiped it anyhow. We put a socket and wrench on the motor it wouldn't even turn over. I think that I am entitled to a fool refund. Thank you!

The story keeps changing,The motor was a 97 cavalier 2.2,the motors are the same 96-97/The oil pans are interchangeable to 2001.The motor was the right one,the party we received the motor from has it for sale again!Talking to mechanic's if that rod bearing was on the bottom of the pan the rod would have come out the side of the pan.I Believe the business we purchased the motor from, they have been in business longer than we have.A $30 penalty seems very fair to us for his inconsistency's.
